It depends on how much aromatizing AAS you are taking. I think most ppl settle around 10-12.5 eod. If AAS doses are high then the same dose every day. So if your stane is 0.5ml = 10mg, then 0.5ml eod is a good place to start.

Taking test sus 250 with tren 250 at 500mg a week I got my stane late in cycle the about two weeks late

With only 250 test I think eod is fine.

tren doesnt armoatize, so you only need to use the ai for the test. and i mis-read your earlier post, i thought it said 250 a week. You could do ed. it wont hurt.

.5 mL = 12.5 mg
