    Experienced Thoughts?

    5'7"
    190lbs
    10% b/f
    definite ectomorph
    Okay guys I need some experienced opinions to tell me if my plan is good or not for my first aas cycle. I have gotten to the point where I am not able to put on much more if any for my body type height age ect and I am looking to take it to the next level. Here is what I want to do please let me know if it works or if any of you have experience running tbol solo. Goals are at the bottom...

    Weeks 1-4: 25-30mg of oral tbol (I know this is a low dose, but I wanted to be on the safer side until I know how my body reacts to aas, I will of course increase the dose if experience tells me this is too little for anything to happen)
    Weeks 1-8: 750mg Himalaya Livercare (unless milk thistle is better?)
    Weeks 5-8: Nolvadex or Tamoxifen (whichever is better?) for PCT: people say at such low does of tbol you don't need pct but I rather be safe to keep gains/ stay healthy.

    Goal: My goals with this is to lean up and get super cut while maintaining my muscle. Because of my body type I have found that if I drop below 10% I start to loose alot of muscle even though I eat every two hours to keep blood sugar/ proteins up. So I would like to loose more fat possible get down to the 6-7% range and keep all my muscle before my next bulk, if not put on a small amount of LM ( alot would be fine too as long as body fat can still drop)

    If anyone has experience running oral tbol alone for a cutting session if you let me know you experience I would really appreciate it. I am hoping this is a good cycle. Especially without test?

    You shouldnt run an oral alone. Needs to have Test. Either way, sounds like your 1st cycle. I'd read up on beginner cycles. Good luck .

    I'm not to familiar with tbols affects on your LH and FSH but I would look into that before using it without test as a base a lot of guys use tren and Winnie to achieve your goal

    Honestly no cycle is good with out test. What does your nutrition look like?

    My goal was to find an aas that I could do without test. The reason I chose tbol specifically to do as my first cycle was because so many sources say that it is one they would do or have done without test and is supposed to be a good first aas but I have not heard from any first hand experience who have done it solo. It seems like so many people have different opinions I was hoping to hear first hand before I try it out.

    To answer the nutrition question, mine is excellent. My wife and I are both nutritionists and it is something of a overzealous topic in our house. My nutrition best so good is how I feel I have gotten to this point without any aas help, which is already great on my frame.

    I will for sure look into LH and FSH before I go ahead with the cycle, I was just hoping for some first hand experience while I search the forums.

    Any androgen s introduced to your system will cause some if not complete shutdown of your natty Testosterone. If you are not ready to pin you are not ready for aas. What are the macros of your nutrition plan?

    See I was told/ have read that oral is the way to go on your first run just to get your body used to what pinning will do when you get to that phase, since it has such a huge impact on the body, is that not true? Man there are so many sources but it is good to have people who know to say. And also the andro shuts down natural testosterone synthesis but at low levels on a beginner cycle; such as with tbol, it comes back usually during pct, is that not correct? I was hoping to run a quick 4-6 week cycle to see how my body responds before jumping right into the 80+ mg does that typically shut down so much synthesis, and must be stacked with test.
    Anyway I appreciate the feedback, hope my research is not all backward I know there are a ton of threads full of 140 lbs frustrated 18 year olds looking to get huge quick with no experience, I however understand the biochem behind it and have the experience needed to get to this point, just want to know experiences, and hopefully get my facts checked by real people with experience. I am a newbie to aas so I appreciate the reply

    Who ever told you that a good beginner cycle oral only is giving you terrible advice.

    Yes they did, but in saying that this specific aas was not as potent as some and that the SE were not something needed to take into as much consideration as something like dbol. Now this could all be bullshit since I only have read about it, and not done it myself and there are alot of people who "know alot" out there. If this is bad advice please let me know, especially as far as side effects go.

    190 lb, 5 ft 7 @ 10% sounds pretty big. This certainly isnt a "cycle". If you just wanted to run some winstrol for several weeks you can do that to lean up a bit. Dont expect much. After that a couple weeks on Clomid would probably be all you need. If, however, you are serious about making a change to your physique we need to plan a proper cycle and diet. Perhaps a testosterone & masteron or winny and a more rigorous PCT.

    Thanks for the input Mike, for where I am at right now all I am looking for is some help on leaning up a bit and keeping my current muscle mass without any loss or little loss as I decrease. My size is okay for what I am doing now especially since I am pretty sort, but when I get into the real stacks and cycles I will definitely have to rewrite my current diet. Thanks for the input. I have heard however winstrol is is super hard on the joints though?

    Winny is super hard on joints but pains go away once you stop taking. Drop the oral plan until you are ready to do a real cycle.
