How long to wait for clen / t3 cycle after test?

Hey all, I am doing my second cycle:

Stats at start of cycle:
Age: 25
height: 6 ft
Weight: 205 lbs
BF %: ~15%

Weeks 1-5: Dianabol 50 mg/day kickstart
Weeks 1-12: Test E - 500 mg/week

PCT 2 weeks after last injection 4 wks:
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20


This weekend will be the start of my 5th week. Here is my question, I'd really like to start a clen / t3 cut cycle afterward, I know 12 weeks off is recommended and I will do that if needed, but are there other ways people have done a cut cycle so close after a bulk? Maybe extend the cycle and include it at the end? Just looking for ideas, I've heard people talk about doing it in PCT but that sounds like an awful time to do it.

Another question, on my current cycle I was thinking about adding HCG in at the end to help recover faster, would injecting 250-500/day in weeks 11-12 be the best time to do this?

Hey there mate.

Firstly, you should be administering HCG throughout your cycle, 250iu on each injection day.

Secondly, T3/Clen isn't a cutting cycle. Clen can be run without any AAS, it isn't catabolic, and is reportedly mildly anabolic . T3 is catabolic, taking it without any AAS is muscle suicide. T3 is run on cycle, mostly. If you have it. I would start it now, and only run the Clen after.

Thanks for the reply, I will get some HCG and start it asap, the day I inject my test-e is the best day to inject the HCG as well?

As for clen /t3 I was thinking of either using a low dose of test-e (250 mg/week) or anvar, something similar to the plan outline in this thread: won't let me post the link, but in the Member's Cycle Results forum called "Clen/T3 Cutting Cycle..." stickied at the top.

I do have an AI, but not taking it at the moment, I've read various things about taking it on cycle and wasn't sure if I should take it unless I needed it. I will start taking 12.5 mg EOD of Aromasin .
