theres very good chances it could be gyno, only way to tell is to go to the doctors. I had gyno surgery myself and there is a small lump behind the nip on the left one. He said he had to leave it there or to take the whole nip off.

Its not uncommon to experience E2 rebound two months after PCT. We often hear of guys getting acne flare ups two months (or longer) after PCT.
I would get bloodwork before anything else. Do not take any drugs at all until you have bloodwork done. If its infant stage gyno, you can easily reverse it. Dont panick.

I wouldn't get just one test if you're going to do this - I would make it count. Ask for a full blood male assay, including a sensitive male estrogen assay.
