First cycle ever , what u think guys?

Hello, im male 29 years old
I have experience within 10 years , i tried several workout such as : 5x5 , PHAT, HIT, HST
I could lower my bf to 12% from 22%
Now im 187 pounds ,15% bf
I read among forums ,books , also heard from people
I will make my first course for AAS
I deiced to make it short (my first time and still have some fear) and something leave my body quickly
so it is test prop EOD for 6- 8 weeks
After 2 days from cyle (aramidex 0.25 ED)
then i will use nolvadex after the course for 3 weeks (20 ED)
What u think guys the test prop will be 100 mg EOD

The disagree sounds fine. 100mg/ml at EOD shots is a nice starting dose. The AI as you said at 0.25EOD.
I would personally run this course for 10 weeks. But that's a preference. I suggest you don't do 6.

From the sounds if your stats though, It doesn't sound like you're ready for this cycle.

Test prop 100mg eod
Arimidex 0.25 eod and adjust accordingly. Stop at start of pct
3 days after last pin start nolvadex 40/40/30/20

And highly reccomend hcg 250iu twice a week and stop on your last pin if prop.
Whats your cycle goals? Clean mass?

hcg y is recommended for short cycle?
how long i should take the nolva? 3 weeks?

No hard and fast rule. Start eod but be ready to adjust up or down when necessary.
