    Potential cycle

    Last week I asked about boldenone and most said it was rubbish... SO I was thinking of doing 100mg test cyp eod 80mgs tren e eod and untilize boldenone 100mgs eod for its increased appetite ability. Because while I cycle tren e my appetite suffers big time!

    Would 100mgs eod be enough boldenone to increase appetite or is it a matter of just trying to see how the body reacts?

    And there is no way to get b12 shots either hence the thought of boldenone

    It works great for me is all I'm saying.
    I like a 400/400/400 split.
    Test/tren /eq

    I don't know your history or anything so adjust dosages for your experience level.

    Social bear... I like lower doses around 300-500 depending on the compound.

    21 years 165cm 82kgs 6years liftinging experience I've done about 6 cycles and currently training and cycling for a comp body fat 14% diet is 200grams meat and carbs 6 times a day with leaf greens, how detailed do you want my diet... It's pretty clean most of the time

    Your best diet would to be stop AAS use. Get blood work done and save your endocrine system.

    6 cycles only 82kgs and 14% bodyfat

    Something here is crappy whether its diet or training you definitely need to take a step back and re assess your approach here

    There saying you had no right to cycle in the first place. You should of gotten to where you are now naturally. 180ish pounds is heavy at 5'4" but you're only 21. Hold off till 25+ or never again if you can't be bothered to care about yourself. I gained 20kg my first cycle, do you eat?

    The fact it's taken 6 cycles to get 23kg is disturbing

    First cycles you usually gain a shit load as each cycle pass your gains decrease as I'm sure your aware of... And yes I do eat? What's the point of juicing if you don't eat I went from 60kgs to 73 with just eating I looked into juicing because my goal is to compete..... Every time I ask a question I get slammed with don't cycle.

    You get slammed with dont cycle because your diet or training seems to be way of
    You put on a bit of weight but took you 6 cycles to get there people put that amount on in their first cycle or at least their first 2

    At your weight and bodyfat listed your diet is way off in my opinion

    2 200 grams rice 200grams chicken breast handful of spinach leaves

    4 200grams rice 200grams steak 150grams broccoli

    Training is between meals 4 and 5 protein shake with 60grams protein and 40grams carbs after training and 40grams carbs and 10grams bcaa during training.

    Google why it's good to take intra workout drinks, helps prevent muscle wastage aids in quicker recovery my gym owner swears by intra workout drinks ( he made it to mr.o)

    Carbs 360g

    Pro 280g

    Fats 70g

    That equals 3200 cals and is a much better split for bulking. Time your carbs correctly before a workout an you won't (shouldn't anyway) need intra workout carbs. You should never need BCAA's when bulking unless you are doing fasted cardio.

    I think you should stop all AAS and wait at least 8wks from your last pin. Then go get a FULL blood panel done and see what damage you have done, if any. At least you'll have a snapshot of where you are medically and hormonally speaking.

    6 cycles at 21 is alarming.
