I was just wondering how many weeks everyone prefers to cycle for? 8, 10, 12, or 14?
And why you decide to cycle for that amount of time?
8 weeks. I quit making gains after 6 weeks everytime
12 wks long est but this time am going to do a 10 wk first time prop and npp.
Short esters at 8 weeks for me. No reason I can think of any benefit going longer for me.
I go way way beyond weeks. And for me I never ever stop growing especially if diets n check
I'm with you "breakbones" and we are all different. There are general standards that seem to pan out for many and that is a good thing. My body just doesn't want to grow much. it never, ever has been prone to grow easy and no matter how I good I look or what my size is, My genetics keep me on the not very strong side. I would always follow the majority view and standard until i have enough self experience to make other choices. for me, I only know long cycles, but agree that diet is just so important. ...crazy mikeQuote:

Not to hi-jack this post but - what happens with long cycles? Arent you garanteed to shut your shit down for good?
It's not a guarantee that you wont recover. It's just harder on your body to and thus the chance that you wont recover becomes greater. And I'm not endorsing taking really long cycles.Quote:
