- Increase your daily water soluble fiber intake, preferably from vegetables
- Drink more water
- Prefer slow digesting protein sources as opposed to fast digesting protein sources (red meat instead of chicken, for instance)
- Avoid simple sugars at all cost and consume only fibrous complex carbs
... and you're wrong, will power can be more than enough to attain anything, you just need to get in the ''zone'' and stay there for as long as you have to. Millions of people everywhere do it everyday for whatever their purpose maybe.
