    clen . ephedrin

    hi all
    i know that diet is the key to all fat loss but if your in need of that extra help whsts best .
    after been on cycles i find it hard to curb my hunger and will power just sometimes isn't enough.
    what's the best fat loss agents on the market ?
    I've tried ephies and clen but i still get hungry as a dog and still have hard work shifting that bottom type around the bely button . any help appreciated thanks

    There are many other nutritional options to suppress your hunger before jumping on chemicals...

    - Increase your daily water soluble fiber intake, preferably from vegetables

    - Drink more water

    - Prefer slow digesting protein sources as opposed to fast digesting protein sources (red meat instead of chicken, for instance)

    - Avoid simple sugars at all cost and consume only fibrous complex carbs

    ... and you're wrong, will power can be more than enough to attain anything, you just need to get in the ''zone'' and stay there for as long as you have to. Millions of people everywhere do it everyday for whatever their purpose maybe.

    One of the reasons that protein shakes doesn't seem to curb hunger is that there isn't enough fiber. Blending higher fiber grains like quinoa in the shake can add bulk to the shake and stave off hunger pains while providing good carbs and protein.

    Agreed part of dieting is being hungry. Not to the point that you feel sick of course but when I am dieting and I am hungry in between meals I know my macros are good.

    Well, aren't dieting and feeling hungry define one and other to a large extent?

    Not sure how long you've waited, but it takes me a good couple weeks to finally get my hunger in control from bulking to cutting.
