You'd probably end up with a severe hormone imbalance, that may infact trigger an estrogen spike because your body will be in a scrabble to reclaim the balance.
Not to mention you'll probably beak out real bad.

I am guessing nothing would happen from a one time injection. You would have a hormone spike but considering the half life it would not really have the oppurtunity to do much before it started to disapate!
