Thread: T3?????

    T3?????

    Im a 45 yr old guy who runs about 20% pct bodyfat. I have gear to start my first ever cycle. Which will be test only. My question is since I have access to t3 should I do a cycle of that first to lean up a little. Ive read that has excellent fat burning affects. how dangerous is that. Ive read a lot of info and it seems to be split. Some dwear by it some day its dangerous. Im 6ft1 225. Would love some feedback

    Hey buddy.

    T3 is not dangerous. Of course, anything can be dangerous when used recklessly. However, if you're going to use T3, you should use it on cycle with test. Test will stave off potential muscle loss.

    That said, you may want to consider dropping your weight naturally a few more percentages in body fat before you start your Test cycle. This will help minimize the intensity of any side effects.

    I was up to 300....did 1000 cals a day mostly protein. 6 days a week in gym strength trained one body part a day plus 45 min of cardio. Rested one day a week. Went from a 44 in waist to a 36. So your advice is to stay with that a while longer before I cycle.?????. Thank you so much for the input

    Hell, no... this is awfull...

    You need to eat more! You certainly drop weight but you must have lost so much lean mass... Hit the nutrition section please...

    Your bodyfat won't drop if you lose more lean mass than fat... In fact,It could increase even if your weight is going down...

    You are doing yourself more harm than good...

    Wow no shit...I got stronger....thanks again..... ill hit the nutrition section.....im a stupid ass....I thought I was ripping it up. 75 lbs and 8 inches off the waist. Again thank you. See you after I get smarter....lol

    Hey man. Sorry if any replies above sounded harsh. You're in a lot better shape than I was when I started losing weight. I was at 36% BF. You'll be fine, just fix that diet and you'll get there in no time.

    Welcome to the board. You are going to get all kinds of input here. The good the bad and the ugly.

    I would suggest lowering your bf % down more because a higher bf% makes a guy more susceptible to estrogenic side effects while on cycle. Most notably gyno.

    Harsh is ok.....I want it straight up. If youre gonna ask a question from someone who knows what theyre talking about I want a straight answer. Ive been reading the nutrition threads. Ill get it right......with help from the people on this forum.... thanks again to all who replied
