b12 question (atomini,lunk,austin,gixxer)
hi guys, im starting another tren a test p cycle, i was thinking about adding b12 to the mix as i havnt tried it with any of my past cycles, and wanted to see its benifits.
1.is eod injections with my test/tren shots @ 1000mcg's ok?
2.this might be a silly question but should i load it into the syringe in any specific order (at the end of the day its all going to the same place right!!)
3.anything else you guys want to add to this would be appreciated... cheers...btern

Hey man!
1mg eod will be good.
You can draw it with your test or tren or with both to the same syringe.
I shooting mine mornings.

1. as Gaspaco said, it will be just fine. For most, ed / eod isn't really necessary but it wont hurt.
2. loading order is not relevant.
3. Enjoy your lava lamps

Some are not as effected by it as others...give it a shot and see if you notice any added benefit! I never have an issue with appetite so it only benefits me by helping add a bit of energy especially on tren !

It's good for appetite, it's good for red blood cell production, it's great for the immune system and the nervous system, and provides some great energy. However, if you're not too deficient in it then don't expect a whole lot out of it. Most people aren't deficient in vitamin B12, especially if you are someone like you or me who engage in this kind of lifestyle. The appetite increases don't seem to work for everyone as Lunk has stated, and i've said this many times. Some respond well to it, and i've seen that others don't. You can pin it intramuscularly or subcutaneous. You can do 1,000mcg all at once like I do once per week IM, or you can split it into small subcutaneous shots daily through the week. Better absorbtion than oral B12 for obvious reasons. That about covers it.
If you are using vitamin B12 for the appetite stimulation... I would say drop that and get yourself some GHRP-6. It puts everything else to shame when it comes to appetite. EVERYTHING ELSE. TO SHAME. The appetite increase about 10 minutes after you pin it I found to be actually unbearable and agonizing, especially if you're cutting. Beware, you WILL get what you wish for and more if you use GHRP-6 for appetite increases.

1000mcg daily anything else doesnt touch or affect me, great for appetite for bulking cycles and also an excellent feeling of well being. Use to use it all the time in bulking cycle.

Marcus, please don't tell me GHRP-6 doesn't work for you, perhaps even better than B12, at appetite increases, lol. Have you ever tried it? I started using it about 3 days ago and like I said, the appetite stimulation was beyond extreme for me, even unbearable... felt like a hypoglycemic episode, weakness, shaking, intense hunger like I could eat a small country, etc. B12 never did that. If you haven't tried it, do it just for the appetite increases during a bulk or cheat meal. I know that there is a very small percent of people that won't respond to the appetite stimulation from Ghrelin release but almost everyone should.

no ive never tried it and wouldnt touch the poor mans gh peptides anyway, I dont buy into the pep market after my long run with LR3 which is complete garbage. I also know plently of guys who have and had some results but all results didnt last and they dont use it anymore and buy pharm grade gh. I dont think I would buy it just for the appetite seeing that I cant get b12 for a lot less and I dont use anything for appetite increase anymore because I dont bulk.

I injected 1,000mcg of B12 twice per week during and after my last cycle, but sadly noticed absolutely no effect from it. But as Atomini as well as the registered dietician I was dating at the time pointed out to me, most people are not B12 deficient and therefore have no use for it. Seeing as Marcus states that he sees results from 1,000mcg daily, I have no doubt that would work, but considering that B12 is the most uncomfortable injection I've ever encountered, I'm fine getting B12 from my diet. Natural sources of B12 include;
Clams/Oysters/Mussels
Liver (Yuck!)
Caviar (Not on my plate, though)
Octopus
Fish (from best to weakest source): Mackerel, Herring, Salmon, Tuna, Cod, Sardines, Trout, and Bluefish
Crab & Lobster
Beef
Lamb (Mutton)
Cheese (again, most to least): Swiss, Gjetost, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Tilsit, and Feta
Eggs
True love is the greatest thing in the world-except for a nice MLT - mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe.

Really? Interesting info. I've been running IGF-1 for the last 2 weeks or so and i've been seeing nothing but noticeable improvements. I think because these peptides are so new with very little solid clinical data surrounding them, people are using them the wrong way.
But I was going to say, disregard the HGH increases from GHRP-6 and use it JUST for the appetite increases. I honestly started using it for the HGH secretagogue effect, but at this point I have seen even more value in it just for the appetite stimulation. Words cannot describe how ravenous you become about 15 minutes after pinning just 100mcg. I will never use anything else for appetite again, that's how profound it is. It's also pretty damn cheap too. If/when you do use it, please PM me and keep me updated as to how you like it. For getting hungry enough to get those extra calories in during a bulk, GHRP-6 is an indispensible addition. When I say "hungry enough", that doesn't even do it justice, as the hunger is excessive to the point where it will overcome the appetite suppressant effects of my prescription Adderall by leaps and bounds.
