    Sustonon 325

    I finally got my hands on some good quality sust. Got myself 2- 10 ml,325 mg per ml. I have heard 2 different methods of running this. This will be my first cycle, and well, what's some of you season guys opinions? I have been told 1/2 cc 3 time a week to keep good levels, and I heard 1cc 2 times a week. Help me guys

    Don't think you have enough for a good cycle. How long you plan on running this?

    33 yrs old
    187 lbs 6'0
    Working out for 3 yrs
    Started at 163, now 187
    Union construction worker, about 2500 calories a day 200 gr protein, 100 from shakeS.

    I can't get more gear if needed, found supply hear at home.

    I would have gone with a different test for a first cycle. Blends can get confusing and sust typically has bad pip. You should be using ml syringes not slin pins/cc for oils. Also do you have you AI and hcg on hand or more importantly a pct?

    1) I try to eat more solid food for protein. 200grams isnt hard to do/eat at all.

    Thats a lot of shakes you need solid food also bro.Hit the diet section post your diet with macros.This is very important beacuse diet is 95% of getting big.AAS cant do it alone!

    I know that I need more food but with 15 min at 9 am and 15 min at 12pm, well it's hard to sit down and eat a decent meal, so my shakes, and peanut butter bars fit my schedule. Now when I get home, yes, I eat.

    Also, yes this is my first cycle, I went 1 cc last night with no PIP today. I am wondering should I pin 2-3 times a week? Full cc, or half cc?

    I jut finished up a sust cycle and I pinned 1cc every 3 days. Given, I had sust 250 not 325 so it's a bit different. I wouldn't go less than 1cc 2x a week but its really best to pin every 3 days IMO. I mean, you could pin .75cc e3d and that comes out to 250 but idk what you're looking to do

    ^^^ PCT is the key to holding onto your gains once your cycle is over, along with proper nutrition and continuum of intense training of course.

    What about your estrogen management during the cycle? Do you have an AI? You should have started using one starting from the very first day of your cycle, BTW.
