learning/putting it all together

i've been on here for 3 months now reading and learning a lot. not ready to cycle yet but i wanna try and put together what i've learned. (practice makes perfect). if i were to cycle anttime soon this is what i think it would look like:

weeks
1-10 test e 250mg 2xweek mon. a.m./thur. p.m.
1-12 .5 or .25 mg armidex
4-12 500iu hcg 250mg pinned sun,tue,fri
14-15 40 mg nolva
16-17 20 mg nolva

ok there it is. honestly i haven't already started this cycle, and i am honestly 30 years old. lol i'm a little confused about the armidex. i've read both .5 and .25. and the hcg just confuses the sh*t out of me. i've read the stickies i know why its important. i don't get how you take 5000iu kit and get 250 mg out of it. also with pct why run nolva and clomid both? im here to learn guys, thought i would try this out to see what ive got. critique thanks!

Hi Chef.

1. Adex @ .25 EOD is a good start. You can gauge from there. Take it up to PCT.
2. HCG is fine at 250iu twice weekly. I would start from the beginning, however.
3. Both nolva and clomid are needed for PCT.
4. PCT starts 2 weeks after last injection, not 4 weeks.

That said, I'm happy to hear you haven't started. I'd like to see you put on a few more lbs naturally so you can have a better start.

Mix 2ml Bac Water with your 5000iu hCG and then .10 (1/10th of a CC) on your insulin needle will amount to 250iu. :)

Austinite thats what I've been doing. I cut at first to 165 lbs. Ive been balking the last couple weeks and I'm currently around 170 lbs.

5'9'' 30 years old 170 lbs. Currently bench 250lbs squat 335 lbs.

You should take HCG up to 3 days before PCT, plus its very easy to put a bit more than 250ui, so I would say that a single ampole of 5000ui is a bit short.

I have 3ml bac water, 5000 iu of hcg. I'll mix 2ml back water to hcg. I'll take 250iu 2 times a week? Pinning test e Mon am and Thu pm. When's the best time to incorporate the 250iu of hcg? I've read once mixed hcg shelf life is 30-60 days. So hopefully like I mixed above should last a ten week cycle. Correct?
