Bruising Bi's

My favorite place is hitting the bi's and tri's my right bi is a gold mine i have hit that spot soo many times its like clockwork and never had a problem, on the other hand the same goes with my left bi but recently hitting my left has become quit painfull and has even left a couple bruises, i aspirate properly and never had this problem before...any words of advice is appreciated thxs!!

Hey bro.... i had the same prob in my left delt..... I think it is just scar tissue. It seems weird that you would only have it in your left arm, but I had the same problem. It was never anything that I worried about though. If you start getting abcesses then you should start worrying. Just my O2.
