Hey newguy
I would recommend starting off with getting you diet and workouts in check. Without a base in those two, AAS means nothing. With that said, test only is the way to start. Depending on how long you want to cycle and how often you pin will determine the ester you need. I would read through the stickies on here. There's lots of valuable info that you should learn before stepping into a cycle. What's your current diet like? What's your training experience?

Id try to get that down lower before you start cycling. Under 15% is best IMO, or at least that's around where is sit when I start a cycle. But you for sure want to get under 20%.
Some will debate me on this but it's generally accepted that the higher your body fat is the greater the risk ou run for sides such as gyno.
Hot the nutrition section up and continue working hard, maybe more than 2-3 times a week, and research a cycle. You'll be ready some time down the road.

As Chive indicated, get that BF down before you begin AAS. Otherwise you may end up with more unwanted sides that you bargained for. The higher the body fat, the more estrogen related sides you may experience.
