    First real cycle, a vets input would be great.

    I'm looking to start my first cycle soon, and am going to do a cutting cycle. I'm not starting till i get down to 11% bodyfat, partly so that i can find a diet that works well for me before adding gear to it, and also as incentive to keep cutting. I was looking into a shorter test P cycle because i want to see the results of the test quickly and don't feel like i will need a whole 12 weeks to cut. (I want to see the results quickly because last 'cycle' i did was horribly underdosed gear and every day wondering whether it was legit or not killed me, I'd like to avoid that.) I also really don't mind pinning eod.

    What i was thinking was along these lines:
    Weeks 1-8: Test P: 100mg eod || liquidex: 0.25mg eod to start, adjusted if needed.
    Weeks 9-10: Clomid: 50mg ed || Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20mg ed

    Diet and routine are still up in the air, but does the cycle itself look good?

    Age-24
    Height-5'10
    Weight-195 lbs
    BF: ~15%

    I'd switch PCT to clomid: 75/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20 ~ this needs to start 3 days after your last injection.

    L-Dex from day one up to PCT.

    Consider HCG to prevent testicular atrophy and also helps with a speedy recovery. For me, this is crucial on cycle. 250iu twice weekly should suffice.

    Will definitely throw HCG in there then, I know im already on the cusp of the safe age to cycle so I'd like to not take any chances.

    When you say to use the liquidex up to the PCT, you mean till the day that I start PCT right, don't use it through?

    Yes. For some reason I was thinking of the longer ester when I said that. Just run it all 8 weeks. the 3 day wait for PCT wont make a difference if you run that last dose or not.

    You seem like you've done some research and have a good head on your shoulders, I'm sure you'll be fine

    thank you, i did a ton of research and cross checking with vets before starting my first 'cycle' which was just test E, so i didn't need to change much for this. I also have some leftover liquidex, clomid and nolvadex so all i need to get is the test and HCG.

    oh i will =)

    Also, I'm trying to decide on my plan of attack for my diet now, would a 1000 Cal deficit 5 days a week be too much even on gear?

    That's pretty extreme, start with 500 and go from there.

    I've been at a 500 deficit while carb cycling for a few weeks and have lost about 1.5lbs a week, I know that i couldn't really accurately judge my fat loss by weight on cycle because of the weight gain that will come from the test, but wouldn't i need to be at a slightly higher deficit to keep that rate at a lower bf%?

    You should be able to gain a minor bit muscle weight in a slight deficit, but to much deficit will put you in muscle maintenance only with fat loss. But that it appears you have been able to do without AAS.

    Not sure what the goal is??

    To cut the last few % from 11 to my goal of 7-8% without losing too much lean mass, and if i can accomplish that before the end of the cycle then to put on a little mass. I don't want too do a bulking cycle because I live with people who seriously frown upon gear and a cutting cycle would be less obvious. Also, I am almost at the mass level that i would consider optimal for me, and I would probably overshoot that on a bulking cycle.
