Welcome to the forum. Wow, you're a big 19 year old! Congrats on your dedication to training over the past year. That's a great start. Before you think about any of the chemicals you referred to, it would be in your greatest interest to post your current nutrition plan in the nutrition section of the forum. At 30% bf, you're a bit heavy for these compounds and you could make great strides with nutritional changes. You may be eating too much or two much of the wrong macronutrients for the goals you seek. Guys like KelKel, Back in Black, 405, and many others will provide you with expert feedback on the best nutritional plan to achieve your goals. Once you've knocked down your bf and you are still looking for more results after nutritional changes are made, that would be the time for you to possible consider the compounds you mentioned.
At 30% bf, the side effects of the drugs you are thinking about could be more severe. Clenbuterol is known to cause tremors, nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, nervousness, cramps, insomnia, and more. These side effects could put you at greater health risks with a bf of 30%.
In addition to nutritional changes, the type of cardio could make a substantial difference. I personally find fasted cardio (i.e. first thing in the morning before I eat) to be more effective at reducing bf because your body is at a glycogen deficit in the AM and fasted cardio can be more effective at reducing bf. With a caloric deficit, you will find it harder to perform HIIT, but moderate paced cardio will suffice when fasted.
Your fatigue and lack of energy is likely linked to excess bf which will also lead to increased estrogen, loss of muscle tone and increased fat retention (as well as cardiac issues). So getting your bf down will be a step in the right direction of improving your fatigue.
I'd also recommend a check up and blood work with your MD before you consider any of these compounds mentioned. Pre-existing hypertension or hyperlipidemia would be risk factors that should be monitored and controlled before taking compounds that could impact your health.
