Then I restricted my calories for the 2nd half, and all of the sudeen I didn't even feel like I was on gear. Just a little more energy, but nothing too serious. I still had the same sides (oily skin, minor acne etc.) but I wasn't making any new gains because my diet was restricted. So to build something, you need to supply your body with the materials. If you're not gaining, you're not eating enough, simple as.
