Clomid and clen after cycle...

OK, I know that you must take clomid 3 weeks after deca and sustanon.
Just to make sure...
If I do my last shot on a friday, should I begin the clomid on the friday after 3 weeks right? or on saturday?

And what about the clen after the cycle? To avoid loss, should I take the clen the week after the last shot, or with the clomid (3weeks)???

You don't need clen to help perserve gains. Clen is a potent thermogenic, and I have read nothing that says it's good for post-cycle recovery.

As for the clo, I would start it sooner than that (3 weeks after).

Clen also has anti catabolic properties and would be okay to use with your clomid, as you are usually in a catabolic state post cycle.

For Deca you need to wait for 3 weeks till clomid and run it for 4 weeks, and Clen is great for Post cycle with clomid, start the clen with the clomid. It does help retain gains, it's anti-catabolic, it has anabolic properties as well,atleast for the first 18 days of use. I'm on Clomid and Clen right now after a deca,prop, and Winny cycle, clen is helping with the 'hard' look!!!!

I think clen is very useful post cycle. I run it for 2 weeks after my last cycle and I swear it made a significant difference. I wans't sure what dose to take so I did the usual 2 weeks ramping up from 2 pills up to 6 pills/day and running until the 14th day.

3 weeks=21 days after you stop shooting, take clomid. Not 28 days.

Clen as an anti-catabolic sucks! That is the truth.

The amount you would have to take for it to really be effective would be lethal, I think I just said that somewhere else today lol

Bout the only thing its good for is because it can help you out if your dragging ass. Same goes for ECA and NYC

Dont believe me, ask those that have used T3 at a higher dose along with clen only...
