going to give a cycle another try, need some help with a pct

so about a year ago i was going to run a cycle of test, after getting the supply and a ton of research i changed my mind. Well im ready again. So i am going to run test only since this is my first cycle. My friend has started his cycle a week ago, i talked to him about his pct and he is only taking OTC medication for that, to me thats risky and i dont feel comfortable with that, its been over a year since i was concidering a cycle, at that time i done hours and hours or research and had everything under control with my cycle and pct but i have long forgot it, so here are my stats and any info on a pct, and anything else i might need while running my first cycle would be great, i never half A$$ do anything and i feel like my friend jumped into it without his research but im not about that, thanks

210 pounds
10-15% BF
work out 5 days a week
i eat like a horse but know that i will need to eat more and correct food.

OTC products will not suffice. How much test are you running and for how long? What is your protocol exactly? Any AI/HCG ?

My pct consists of
4 weeks:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20

The pct start time depends on what test ester you use. Also you should get an ai to run on cycle like adex or aromasin .
