    glute injections

    What is the best/easiest way to give yourself glute injections?

    ^^^Ouch Mick. That's a big one. I used to use 25ga 1" but recently switched to 27ga .5" even for glutes. As long as you're lean your G2G, if not stick with the longer needle. If I was pushing volume I'd go back to the 1".

    Mickey has some booty there doesn't he!?! Lol

    I've used 1.5 inch 27g but only go 2/3 the length of the needle. I've used .5, 27g for delts, triceps, pecs, and quads but with quads I prefer a good 1-1.5inch to set it deep.

    When i first started in 1997 i ran out of pins and had to use the pins i was withdrawing with for about 2 weeks til my guy came thru. You got it, 18ga x 1.5. Talk about a sting...
