what are your protocols for prevention and or control of high BP and cholesterol on cycle .or off .?

No, I believe long term use could increase Triglyceride levels. You could run Crestor @ 5mg daily.

anyone ever try CO Q10 and red yeast rice combo for these ?

Krill oil 2-3g/day (lowers TG and LDL)

Keep in mind these OTC products won't correct advanced cases of hypercholesterolemia or hyperlipidemia. Among the few published studies that have been conducted some report as little as a 10-15% correction in cholesterol values (LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TC) while other studies conclude that these products don't do much more than dietary changes would to correct poor cholesterol values.

A lot of people wrongly believe that omegas will influence lipid metabolism, however the greatest effect of omegas are on triglycerides and very little effect is typically seen in TC, HDL-C, or LDL-C (compared to changes in TGs).

like actual prescription meds vs otc ?

It depends on your lipid panel. Was your tested recently?

Initially I'd try to bring it down with diet and supplements. I'm not a huge fan of statins, many of which stress the liver, except in cases where lipid markers are dangerously high. That's not to say I'm opposed to them, rather, many of my colleagues are too quick to write a script for statins without considering alternatives and the risks with statin use.

yes tested pre cycle and soon mid cycle .
dont remember numbers off hand but i remember the nurse saying its was extremely good .
i just been feeling heart burn and odd fluttering or something . since i started the winstrol

Surely cardio is the best way to keep the two down?
