Minor acne

I have started to experience some minor acne on shoulders and back. No other problems. I am considering taking more Aromasin . I am at 12.5mg EOD. Any opinions, cycle has been real smooth. I have never had acne.

i would try showering twice daily and drying the area well with a towel each time then moisturise the area aswell before you increase AI, i never have had acne either but i do get it on cycle slightly and i find that its mainly because i sweat more which in turn clogs the paws in the skin so the 2 showers have pretty much solved it for me

Dose your Aromasin 10mg ED.

I do shower twice a day. I will start dosing Aromasin 10mg ED. Thanks for the advice. My gains have been really good. All of your advice has been solid. I have followed it to a tee.

If possible, switch to Adex. Its easier to control dosing and works fast. And yes, you can switch mid cycle if you like.
