    Last cycle I ran a year ago was 80mg each of npp and prop EOD for 8 weeks. Great results.

    Going to run some more npp and prop. I was think of going 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (TRT), 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (TRT) and so on.

    Would it be more beneficial to do 100mg each the first 8, then 125mg the 2nd, then 150mg the 3rd.

    Or

    Just run 150mg each 8 weeks?

    Was that the only cycle you ever ran? that is exactly how i blast and cruise, 8 on 2 off repeat... Everyone is different brotha. What are your stats? Cycle history ?

    2 wks off isn't good inbetween cycles.

    You should consider asking Ronny Rowland (this is in no way in disregard of those who have posted answers already). He has a thread called "You'll want to read this" where he discusses the benefits of the 8 week on, 2 week off protocol. Read his first few posts and if that doesn't answer your question then post it on that thread.

    I agree it isn't year round. When coming up for a contest me like . Just make sure you get bloods done as much as possible

    That's ma next cycle test p and npp first time short est looking forward to it start sun.

    Sorry, I've been here so long, I sometimes forget to lead off with stats. 31y/o, 190-195, BF 12-13%. Training 7+ years. 6 cycles.

    TRT through physician @ 140mg a week (been on TRT for 4 years now).

    8 on, 2 off was from Ronnie's slingshot method. Not set in stone on the idea, just toying around with it. I know that's pretty much an all or nothing approach. Mainly focused on the dosing.

    EDIT: I'm also going to be running some sexy peptides. GHRP-2 and Mod 1-29 @ 100mcg 3x a day. (Working from 1x a day to 3 x a day).

    Running peps for 3 months, then depending on results, going to continue to 6 months and on.

    I haven't read the sling shot method, but I'm on TRT and what I do is hit it hard for 12 weeks and cruise for 12 then it's time to see the doc again.

    That's what I've usually done past cycles. I'll probably stick to that this go around as well.

    Also, I have some 25mg Aromasin laying around and was going to use that during this cycle (too strong for use during regular TRT).

    What would be the best way to dose it for 75mg test p, 75mg npp, GHRP-2 300mcg total and mod 1-29 300mcg total everyday (I'll also be running 250iu hcg 3x a week or EOD)?

    How is your estrogen control? If your normal I'd say 12.5 per day is a good place to start, I would split those pills and take half a day. Half life is very short.

    What kind of results did you have with your previous prop/npp cycle? I was considering this for my next bulking cycle as well.

    I generally aromatize more so at higher doses, however last npp/test p cycle I didn't seem to as much. Problem also is they are 25mg caps.

    Last run was my first with short esters and I really liked it. I felt like I stayed a lot leaner through the cycle even though I was tearing through food.

    I jumped up to 205-208. I've ran nandrolone deca before and like you'd expect, the sides were much less and the transition back to TRT dose was nice and smooth.
