    Cycle.. ?'s

I'm getting sick of this.. i've been training for 2 commited years, dropped drinking, junk food.. Started out with 14" ish arms, and i still have a measly 14.5 inch cold.. around 16 pumped up. which is what i want cold.

i see abunch of friends blowing up out of nowhere claiming to be natty.. maybe my genetics are just shit.
i never miss a gym day, i eat clean and every 2 hours, protein, cycle creatine, i know what im doing.

a year ago i took a shot of test and tren ace and realized its stupid so i didnt continue and my chest blew up with cysts which now i have ugly lesions.

im 19 170 lb 10-12% bf. i know about waiting till im 25 yrs old but this extremely slow process is killing me. I want to do one cycle now until i get older.

problem is i break out. madly. i have face scars from taking test boosters a few years back. now the chest lesions which look like someone took a spoon of skin out of me in the middle of my chest. which i might be getting surgery for..

any suggestions on what makes you break out the least? im getting blood tested wednesday for my possibility of arthritus. ill see if my test levels are low as well. protein levels are too high from last test and my doctor said ill loose my liver in 10 years if i dont stop. how the hell are all these kids getting shredded out of nowhere. it doesnt make sense...

my current physique... i squat i deadlift, i change up my routines, bulk cut properly and maintain.. what the hell am i missing.

i talked to my doctor about juicing and told him i did. he told me atleast the effects were cosmetic and not on the inside, id rather have it vise versa. lifting is all i care about and if i died in 10 years i wouldnt really care. as long as im in my dream physique. its an addiction. im going to talk to him again about it and see if maybe i can get prescribed some for joint or whatever. help me out

SORRY I KNOW ALOT OF READING BUT THANKS.

Damn bro, that's some shit for sure.

As far as you not caring if you croak in a decade. I used to think like this, that's what got me by and gave me a good excuse for what I did. Yeah, bro guarantee you will not be saying this when you are 30.

The lesions seem to be from a reaction you had to a compound. This reaction seems very severe and I have not see anything like this before. But, you are very young but I still don't see that being the cause.

Stand back for a bit and consider what you are doing.

    Good luck man!

There is far more to life than a dream physique. I understand at 19 years of age, looking good and getting the girls seems like the only thing important to you. You have your whole life ahead of you and you will eventually realize that loooking good isn't the most important thing in life. Right now, your head is in the wrong place. "You don't care if you die"!?!?!?! That's easy to say. I spend my professional life telling people that they have terminal diseases and are going to die and let me tell you, I haven't met a person yet who didn't try to bargin for more time. No one WANTS to die. You need to get your head in the right place before you do this.

thanks.. i dont understand how people my age juice so much blow up and not get any side effects..
the lesions dont look severe in the pic at all, its f********ng disgusting man. I still walk around shirtless but everyone stares.. anyone know any remedies for this.. or is surgery the only way out..

Is there anything other than creatine/protein that im missing out.. other than chicken steak rice etc.. is it because i train 6/7 days a week? 2-3 years of hard work is literally obtained for these juicers in like 3 months. it sucks.

More isn't always better, 6/7 days a week is a lot man. Stick to lifting heavy with compound moves, and concentrate on eating.
You say you eat right, what do you eat in a day ?
People always claim they can't grow, and that they are doing everything right, if that was the case..they would grow! Maybe you are just missing something.

Smarten up and pull your head out of your ass. Youre 19 years old and have your entire life ahead of you. Don't spend it worrying about what everyone else is doing. Ten years from now, if youre not dead, you'll be looking back on this and wondering what the heck you were thinking. And your friends who did AAS will be in and out of the hospital continually getting bloodwork done because their fragile developing endocrine system is completely f'd up from doing AAS before their system had matured. Not to mention these same clowns will be complaining about erectile dysfunction and how the girls dont want anything to do with them.

Also, going by what you have shared here, if you run a cycle now i can almost guarantee you that you break out and look like a leper. And then you whole world will cave in on top of you - trust me, you dont want to do that.

You, on the other, hand will have a solid developed system capable of handling AAS around 25 years old. And you'll be walking the talk, if you choose to go this route. But for now stop bellyaching about other guys. Quite frankly i think you look fine in that photo you put up. I think you're well on your way to reaching your realistic goals.

Hit the nutrition section up for some tips and tweaks on your diet. In the meantime, get it dialed in and learn how to eat and put on some solid dense mucsle.

Here's a few links that may help you. Good luck.

How much protein a day do you consume? I've taken kidneydamage from overeating protein, and doing creatine.

7 Days a week might very well be overtraining, you dont grow in the gym, you grow while recovering. IE: you grow during rest. Your CNS takes a hit when you work out as well, so its not just your muscles that needs rest.

Overeating protein, but undereating Kcals? You look pretty lean, try upping kcals. If you're only just eating enough to maintain current musclemass, you're not going to grow.

I think you look amazing for 19!
Hit up the diet section, post what you are eating. My guess would be at your age and fitness level, you can put away 6,000 cals a day or something ridiculous like that, and still drop weight.

I agree with Mickey. You will destroy your body by using juice now. It looks to me like you need to eat. I had a similar problem too when I started out but I was never as lean as you. Then I started eating whole chickens as a meal. Then suddenly, I started to blow up. Protein is extremely important but you got to eat some other stuff too. Then have a piece if cake afterward. The. You have eaten. You can always shred out later. Good luck man.
