Im supposed to do my cycle on April. and have been eating extremely clean.... high protein , low carb and one day a week i take about 200g carbs in 24 hrs then go back to low carb...
this is what i understood from prime thing.... am i doing it right or im missing something ?
PS i read marcus thread about prime 100 times but im still not sure if im following it the right way... its been 3 weeks now and i still have 3 weeks before my cycle .

I know that im not big and you would think that i could get more size naturally... i have had almost a perfect diet for over a year but for some reason my IGF levels are low... even my GH serum its on the lower end...so i guess thats why people who started working out same time as i did and have Worse diet are relatively bigger or stronger.
