    deca at 600 or 800mg a week.

    Im sill trying to plan my lean bulk cycle. Started my lean bulk diet today and if im up for it will start my cycle soon, gear hasnt arrived yet bloody lazy post/Public holiday lol.

    but i have 2 bottles of NPP here aswell as the deca im recieving shortly so i can run 800mg or 600mg for longer. Running 600mg test a week with it. Looking to pun on some good quality lean mass.

    Is there gonna be a major difference between 600 and 800mg?

    Depending on your experience, 600mg of Deca is plenty with Test. And since you have NPP on hand, I would finish the last 3 wks of your cycle with NPP if i were you.

    Last few weeks or should i use them the first few weeks while i wait for the deca to build up?

    Probably my last cycle for a little while. Also if i havent used HCG on any of my cycles and ive done about 4 or so in between my blast and cruises but dont wanna end up on trt lol, if i even recover how much hcg should i use seeing as ive been suppresed for over a yr now.

    hey kelkel btw i think the problem i was having was, BELIEVE IT OR NOT. vitamin D tabs. Felt fine today and yesterday. Took some 5000ui vitd and brainfog to the max and now just slumped here.

    Slighty better difference, i push deca above a gram sometimes, gains for me just get better and better. Everyones different though.

    i dont normally PCT i just go back to cruising but thinking after this its time to have a break.

    nah not first time with DECa run it a year or so ago at i think 400mg a week. Not sure if it was deca then, shit source, have a great one now so i know what im getting lol.

    Yes i am. And right now we're in the "slushy" season. I dont like the shoulder seasons that much.

    Ive never done a blast with hCG so i really have no knowledge with that. My best recommendation would be to include on this cycle @ 250iu/2wk, or even 3/wk would be fine as well. And add an aggressive PCT - run it out to 6-8wks to assist in your restart.

    yep vit D deficent and b12 was just above average so will probably be using that aswell, even tho i have been using 1000mcg a week and really no difference lol, perhaps a waste of money i find.

    VIT D came back at 40nml on a range of 50-100 i think.

    so was quite below.

    So using HCG on this cycle even tho i havent used it for the past year ? sure my leydig cells will even become sensatinised at such a small dose? would think i would needa blast a little bit more than that bro?

    lol all good bro. Any other compound i can add in that is quite good for lean gains/mass? Besides dbol lol. Thinking primo but anything over 500mg a week is to pricey

    Yeap had my diet checked last night. 2800cals with a 40 20 20 split

    started the diet today. around 300cals over maintenance for me, hopefully i can stay lean unlike my last bulk, looked ****ing horrible, was looking at pics the other day of me on my last bulk and boyyyyyy did i pile on a fair bit of fat. Also hoping the deca doesnt give to much water retentino and make me seem puffy either. Ah well. Can always cut if things start getting a bit sloppy.
