    What to expect during PCT????

    Hi just wondering what one might expect to experience during PCT...

    And the best advice for keeping gains!!

    My PCT begins soon!

    My first time was a living ****ing hell never felt so down in all me life but ever since bit off depression but easily grided through

    Well what i have read is to maintain similar caloric intake as on cycle..

    And reduce workout intesity a bit as their will be a high rate of catabolism

    is this good advice to follow???

    May i ask what u have done in subsequent cycles to combat these effects???

    You will need to UP you calories/carbs during PCT by about 500cals per day.

    Your training should be shorter and MORE intense. And no cardio.

    I felt no different emotionally, etc. I must pct well because after 2 cycles test only I had absolutely no issues. Weight, stregth dropped a bit, but that could be because I took it a little easier than when on in the gym, kept food intake the same. Obviously others have had different experience so alot of it will be subject to the user

    Would that not lead to alot of fat gain??thanks for the advice

    Woohh that sounds like ur a lucky fella... I hope im the same... How much did u gain on thosecycles each and what did u loose during pct???

    It might lead to some but you have to try and make up for the lack of test in your body. It's the best chance you have of holding into your gains, unless you were overeating at the end of your cycle anyway. I'm assuming that as you made gains on cycle you upped you calories accordingly anyway.

    Why no cardio?

    Everybody is a little different, for me I just don't feel as motivated to work out for a few weeks.

    Just because it burns cals and you are trying to preserve what you have gained.just like your workouts should be shorter. If you wanna do cardio I'd recommend you eat even more to take that into account.

    Yes i had to up the kcals accordingly... How long after pct will it take to start making gains again??? Im going to wait 4months or so until next cycle

    Tbh I made a big mistake I had to get pct over and done with for personal reasons so I decided to start after around 6 days off long esters was a very silly idea nouthings really changed in cycles to combat it maybe as it was first time running pct and a very silly cycle to start with it was test 600mg tren 600 mg mast 600mg for 12 weeks with a 6 week dbol kick start at 30mg a day

    I agree everyone is diffrent nouthing seems to bother me apart from previous relationships etc seem to creep up and make me highly depressed and emotional all motivation for gym is 100% diet is still spot on so on

    I seemed to pee out 10 lbs between my last shot and my first dose of nolva clomid. I do no cardio and I'm hitting between 3200 and 6000 cals a day for the last 5 days and my weight is still dropping.
    Weird

    Of course... but as u are in a rather catabolic state after your cycle i was thinking there would be a period were gains would not be made?
