I am doing my pinning mornings during EOD schedule.
But agree with Mickey, don't matter is up to you!

If you're pinning Tren, you should be working out more than 3 days weekly I would think. It drastically cuts down on recovery time. But I agree with everyone else, it doesn't matter. Just be consistent with eod.
I do 1 day on, one day off so it's more like 4 days a week.
When I was on Tren I did 14 workouts a week. Lifted 6 times a week and did kickboxing and rolling 8 times a week. I was on Test E 350mg per week/Tren E 250mg per week/HGH 5iu daily/T4 100mcg daily I just got so lean and so strong it was amazing.
When I was taking 700+mg of tren a week I like to do am and pm shots... 14 shots a week can be a pain but I always feel like tren a works best with two shots a day... Again I think this is dose dependent bc when I do 350mg I only do one shot every other dayOriginally Posted by copaaz

When I do this I usually just take 100mg every other day but recently I've been training for a bodybuilding comp and I wanted everything to be as perfect as possible and I was taking a decient amount of other compounds too which would force me to use more then one needle anyway..... I'm taking legs off this cycle because they blew up during my last cycle and quite frankly I am very unproportionate.
I do 5-8 exercises per body part and only 1 set to complete failure between 6-10 reps. I change up the routine every training day so no two are the same back to back.
