    Does anyone here use inj. B12?

    Does anyone use inj. B12? I read that it helps a person digest proteins better and also increases appetites. I know the avg dose is 1000mcg a month but I have read people taking 1000mcg ED or EOD. What's the consensus here.

    PS I have already read the other threads on B12.
