Ok so if ure on a bridge for pct and wanting to harden up after cycle what would U go for var or winny or is there any outher orals I can't make my mind up which I want ATM vars winning

Var wins anyone care to change my mind from what I hear var less liver toxic and less hair loss problems winny is bad joints baldy heaven and really liver toxic not slating it as for all I no I may work better with winny but what dosage to people recomend on var for first time usage but not first time usage with aas I'm not overly keen on orals but would u say 80mg a day ? I hear dosage should be ran high with var
