Follow them on Twitter as suggested and they will announce when the sale begins. Once you see the sale posted on Twitter, put in your order, regardless of where you live and what time it is.

Ar-r is in the US, CST time zone so the date and time listed reflect the date and time for Ar-r. Obviously it'll be different for everyone based on their geographical location.
