About to start test cycle advice and opinion
I have recently started a test E 250 cycle
Im planning on jabbing twice a week tues and fri 2 ml a week so 500mg of test a week
I also have dianabols which i plan to take at 45mg each day as they are 15mg tabs i pinned my first jab tues....
I propose to cycle for 12 weeks and my goals are to drop body fat and build lean muscle
My gym routine is 5 days a week 1 hour a day and i attack one muscle group each time
My first consists if 6meals a day
Meal 1- 2 egg whites scrambled and half can of tuna
Meal2 protein shake
Meal3 chicken breast. Rice or pasta 100g mixed veg
Meal4 tuna mixed veg and 1 boiled egg white
Meal5protein shake
Meal6 white fish or chiken or turkey spinach or broccoli
My advice i im looking for i should i tween any if this routine what results can i look forward to seeing any constructive criticise welcome dont hate and act like you know everything im after advice and not harsh criticism

I also forgot to state the cycle i propose will be week 1-12 test E 250 2ml a week
Week 1-4dianabol 45 mg daily

This is what ive been adviced by the owner of the gym although he has the type if me talky to say stick as much S**t in your body as you can this will be my proper first cycle as i have cycled before but due to personal problems havnt seen it through.... Any advice in pct and hcg amounts for my proposed course would be more that welcome as i want to have a solid course .... Ahead of me .... Was also thinkin of taking winstrol tabs 59mg a day for the last 4 weeks of cycle to get a cut look

Ai I would go for arimidex 0.25mg eod from day 1-PCT begins. HCG with above mentioned dosage from day 1 - 4days before PCT.
Diet and training should not change. That should be all in place before even thinking about aas.
IMO, the best way to check your diet is to calculate your TDEE. TDEE + 500 kCal for bulking or -500kCal for cutting. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...e#.UUI5C_oazTo

Cheers for the advise guys ive read on some nutrition and will start eating more although dont want my carb intake to increase to high as im looking to lean bulk .... May also add oral Winnie tabs for the last 4 weeks of course to get a cutter look
