    Clen and t3 at end of cycle

    Hi guys first off stats:
    30 years old
    204lbs
    13% body fat
    Training for many years quite a few cycles under my belt
    Currently 9th week into test E 400mgs week and deca 400mgs week.
    I'm hoping to finish the cycle in 3 weeks and was wondering if I can incorporate clen and T3 at the end. I've gained roughly 7 lbs but lost about 1-1.5.% body fat this cycle.

    Sorry phone going mad. I would just like some ideas on running both compounds up to and through pct mainly clen for the slight anabolic properties what may help during pct.

    Forgot to add I'm on Hcg 250ius a week and arimidex at .25 ed. (just bumped this up due to slight E2issues)

    Im currently running a test E 250 course 12 week cycle im 2 weeks in .... Not touchin deca but have been using dianabol for a boost for the first four weeks ..... I too am thinkin of using clen an t3 toward the last 4 week of cycle although ive researched that you shoul not take clen longer than a certain period of tim ... I propose to start by taking the clen for the first 2 weeks then the t3 for the remaining 2 weeks some people say 2days on 2 days off so many mixed review i may also add oral winstrol tabs to get the dry look

    What I'm reading is clen at 20mg day 1 then bump up until you reach 120mgs do this 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and t3 at 50mgs for the 2 weeks.

    This is what I've read but I could do with some guys experience who have used clen up to and through pct, if anyone has any light to shed much appreciated

    I have used clen through Pct and can't say I had a ton of benefit from it. First of all, I was on a bulking diet and kept my calories up high through Pct so I didn't notice any visual effect (obviously). What I did like about it was that it got me pretty amped up for my workouts. Sounds like you got leaner on your cycle so you might actually see some benefit. I wouldn't use T3 unless I was on-cycle. Found the ECA stack to do just about the same thing, less the cramps.

    I was thinking about t3 because I have 3 weeks left on cycle 2 weeks nothing then pct, so really 5 weeks of still being anabolic where I can use the t3 and clen together.
    I read your calories have to be increased anyway with clen added to that the anabolic properties I could run t3 up to pct and clen 2 weeks through it. What do you reckon?

    I think I would save that thought for the next cycle to be honest. I didn't see much of an anabolic effect when I used the clen during Pct and my calories were already high. I don't know if you would see THAT much difference if you ran t3 for only 3 weeks (seems like a tease). If I was to run clen during pct again, I would use it with Keto, do the research on the dosing protocol because you could then run it for continuously. I ran it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and used the ECA stack during the off weeks.

    I thought using the eca stack on the 2 weeks off was counter productive because they are using the same receptors as the clen, which need the 2 week break.

    I think I will leave the t3 wasn't sure on it anyway but I want to start with clen and do 2 weeks on off protocol right through pct. don't want to put and bodyfat back on during pct because of the high calories.

    Yes, you are right about the shared receptors. I found that out a little too late. I can say that I def did not put on bodyfat through pct. If you run keto along with clen then you can actually use a lower dose of clen and the keto is taken at night to down-regulate the receptors. This may be a better method for you to try due to the fact that you wont have to take time off and I wish I did a little more homework myself and tried it this way.

    That sounds great so if I use keto and carry the clen right through would I stay at 120mgs for say 6 weeks?

    I am not sure of an exact dosing protocol and don't want to give you bad info (when I had learned about keto, it was after the fact so I wasn't going to run it at that point). You will be able to use less clen, alot will depend on how you handle the side-effects. I would think that 100/120 mcgs would probably be a peak dosage. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and are taking your taurine 3,000/5,000 mgs. a day, the cramps can be killer! Hope this helps, Good luck.
