test prop, anavar cycle

hi i am thinking about running a test prop and var cycle.
i would be running the test prop 100mg EOD and the var 60mg ED
this cycle will last 12 weeks.

week 1-12 anavar 60mg ED
week 4-12 test prop 100mg EOD
week 13 (3 days after my last shot) PCT nolva 40/40/20/20

im 24
170
5'7
12-15% bf (just finishing a clean bulking period) & yes my diet is clean and will be appropiate for the cutting stage.(no need for comments about that please).
and i have done test cyp in the past.
what are your thoughts about this for a cutting/leaning out cycle. i really want to shred bf while maintaing muscle mass.

Cycle history?

1rst cycle tbols
2nd test cyp for 8 weeks.
now this cycle, i want to do the above and hoping this will help my get my bf down to goal. which is around 7%.
and yes i have the proper diet for this i just want that extra kick!

Cutting and leaning out will be dictated more from your diet and training. You plan on using an AI or HCG? And you might want to consider adding some clomid to go w/your nolva.

12 weeks of Var is too long. I'd either run it for the first or last 6 weeks. and prop should start at week 1. Why do you want to start it in week 4?

Bud, no offense but ur cycle(s) r 9 kinds of fvcked up! I think you should do more research to maximize your gains. I personally think you started a bit too early but damage done if any. Ur first cycle is jacked up cuz u should always have a test base. Second cycle, cyp is a long ester and should b ran at LEAST 10 weeks, 12 would b better. And this cycle var is being ran too long and the test should b started at week 1. And ran for 8 weeks. Should also include clomid in pct. as well as hcg and an ai on cycle. Bottom line...more research before more aas...

well i have read lots throughout the site, and also adivce from buddies at the gym who have experience.
i was thinking about clomid with nolva as well, but im a little confused as to how i should go about this with nolva. advice?
and what would you both recommend as for a proper cutting/shredding cycle and pct with my history?
and both of my last cycles were when i was younger i know i shouldnt have done them but i was young and listened to a guy at the gym.
this is why i joined on here before i go ahead with anything. all advice is taken!

Your first two cycles were really poor. As the other gentlemen indicated, steroids will shut down your own testosterone and hence, a testosterone base is essential to provide you with the basic male hormone. Anavar for 12 weeks? Where have you seen that here? Most people will run orals (which are more hepatotoxic) for 6 weeks. Anavar isn't as bad as other orals but it will suppress your HTPA so adding testosterone and a proper PCT are important to help restart your natural hormone functions.

Without an aromatase inhibitor you risk an increase in estrogen which will have many unpleasant and undesirable effects.

Lastly, nothing will happen without a proper nutrition plan. Size and leanness are really determined first by what and how much you eat daily. You cannot short cut this. If you don't eat to support growth, you will not grow and steroids cannot replace a solid nutrition plan.

Like st Pete said. The success will b dictated by diet! The aas will help prevent muscle loss during a deficit as well as keep u hard and vascular at a lower bf %.
