I am thinking about doing my first cycle.(i know i am very young to start but i am going to regarless). My goal is to put on LEAN size on my frame, while dropping my bodyfat to around 7-8%. To give an example my ideal body type that i am aiming for would 'zyzz' body. I have researched quite about about the cycles i should use, but i am a beginner and i would love suggestion as to which cycle would be the best for me.
the first cycle option i was thinking about was:
Wk 1-8 Testosterone Propionate = 100mg eod.
Wk 3-8 Anavar = 60mg/day dosed 20mg every 8 hours.
wk 1-8 liquid clen =2 wks on 2 wks off
PCT
Begins wk 9 to wk 12
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
and the second option was:
wk 1-8 anavar =60mg ed
wk 1-8 liquid clen = 2wks on 2 wks off

begins immediatley day after
Nolva 40/20/20/20
My diet consists of this:
meal 1.
2 whole eggs 1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of oats with 1/2 cup of berries and cinammon
1 tbs of all natural peanut butter
meal 2.
steak
small amount of sweet potato fries (palm size)
4 pieces of asparagus
meal 3.
1 skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup of brown rice
1/2 cup of broccoli
one piece of fruit
meal 4. (before gym)
extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup of brown rice
2 asparagus
workout
cardio walk max incline 45 minutes
BCAA's during weight lifting
and protein shake post
meal 5.
lean fish
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/4 cup of brown rice
meal 6. (before bed)
1 cup of dry cottage cheese
or
1/2 cup of dry cottage cheese and 2 whole eggs
what do you guys think about all of this for my ideal body type?
