    First cycle (lean mass/cutting)

    age: 21
    height: 5'8
    weight: 175
    body fat: 15% approx.
    years training: 5

    I am thinking about doing my first cycle.(i know i am very young to start but i am going to regarless). My goal is to put on LEAN size on my frame, while dropping my bodyfat to around 7-8%. To give an example my ideal body type that i am aiming for would 'zyzz' body. I have researched quite about about the cycles i should use, but i am a beginner and i would love suggestion as to which cycle would be the best for me.

    the first cycle option i was thinking about was:
    Wk 1-8 Testosterone Propionate = 100mg eod.
    Wk 3-8 Anavar = 60mg/day dosed 20mg every 8 hours.
    wk 1-8 liquid clen =2 wks on 2 wks off
    PCT
    Begins wk 9 to wk 12

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    and the second option was:
    wk 1-8 anavar =60mg ed
    wk 1-8 liquid clen = 2wks on 2 wks off

    PCT
    begins immediatley day after

    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    My diet consists of this:
    meal 1.
    2 whole eggs 1/2 cup of egg whites
    1/2 cup of oats with 1/2 cup of berries and cinammon
    1 tbs of all natural peanut butter

    meal 2.
    steak
    small amount of sweet potato fries (palm size)
    4 pieces of asparagus

    meal 3.
    1 skinless chicken breast
    1/4 cup of brown rice
    1/2 cup of broccoli
    one piece of fruit

    meal 4. (before gym)
    extra lean ground beef
    1/2 cup of brown rice
    2 asparagus

    workout
    cardio walk max incline 45 minutes
    BCAA's during weight lifting
    and protein shake post

    meal 5.
    lean fish
    1/2 cup of broccoli
    1/4 cup of brown rice

    meal 6. (before bed)
    1 cup of dry cottage cheese
    or
    1/2 cup of dry cottage cheese and 2 whole eggs

    what do you guys think about all of this for my ideal body type?

    Looks good, except I would get 500iu Hcg weekly for this all the way to the end of PCT.
    I doubt you go to 8% bf. more like to 11-12% realistically speaking.

    I think you could reach your goals easily with out the use of aas. Head over to the nutrition forum if you are serious about moving forward and get that nutrition dialed in first.

    Since your going to do what you want regardless as you say, why should we waste our time telling you anything?

    ^^^I'm not surprised. He wants to look like that dead dork most people in here can't stand. It's attitudes like this that have been driving me away for Q&A. I'm not wasting my time trying to convince the younger guys its better to wait. They come here looking for direction from guys that have lived this lifestyle longer than these kids have been alive and them these young guys act like they know better.

    Most are not looking for advise, they just want someone else to tell them its ok, or your G2G..............Im getting burned out on most of these as well MI.........Last time I checked, we anit there mommas or their daddys (Well, maybe daddy, the 80s are a blur)

    Results surely achievable naturally. You still have enough test in your body do get the job done. Diet, diet, diet... Bf% is all about diet. Make sure you hit your TDEE -500kCals.

    If you are die hard at using something: Fat burners are great. They do work good with a good training program and good diet. Clen at the most, but not recommended.

    O yeah, and did I mention, its all in the diet!!!!

    Very true Papa Smurf. It's just like the "research" they claim to do. They selectively search the Internet for cycles they are told will give them the best results without any consideration of the untoward effects or the importance of things like nutrition and years of training before AASs become an option.

    I understand the allure of steroids - we are all here for the same reasons - but all too often their attitude is "I must do this now so just tell me how to do it"!!!!!!!. It's impetuous and immature.
