12.5mg Aromasin (Everyday)


PCT (Starting 2 weeks After Last Shot)

Week 13-14
40 mg Nolvadex 50 mg Clomen ED

Week 15-16
20 mg Nolvadex 50 mg Clomen ED

The enanthate has a half life of roughly 21 days, therefore you'll want to increase your bridge between last injection and PCT by another week. Additionally, most people will recommend that you put the Proviron to the side for now in order to keep your first cycle simple, but the reasoning is fairly general. Aside from that, it looks like you've done a great job of putting a cycle together.

There is no set guideline for when to begin PCT. It all depends on how much exogenous compounds are in your system which would prevent your body from producing the LH and FSH hormones. This is where it behooves all of us to have a solid comprehension of how half life works. Again, this is explained by my statement "enanthate has a half life of roughly 21 days". I end a cycle with propionate, and begin PCT a mere three days post last injection.

Let me begin by correcting myself on the half life of Enanthate. It should be closer to 15 days. So sorry for giving bad information on that.

If you stopped injecting the Enanthate at week 10 and followed up 11-12 with propionate, you'd be able to cut your wait time in half, probably to around one week. There are online calculators to help determine how much test is left in your system after the final injections, though to be honest they are usually not easy to read and none of the calculators I've used have given the same numbers. The thing is that this is more complicated than simply being able to begin an effective PCT right at the final day of a compound's half life. For instance, if you've been injecting 1500mg of enanthate every week, and enanthate has a half life of 15 days, you won't just have 750mg of test left at day 15. The prior injections will still have remnants working its way out of your system as well. And then you have to determine how many mg of exogenous test is low enough for PCT to initiate natural hormone production.

I apologize if I just confused the hell out of you, but this is not a simple matter. I encourage you to do a google search for PCT Calculator, plug in your projected injections, and study the math. That should make it more clear.

No problem m8 its' all cool, than the cycle upthere is good as iy is and than maybe I could add some test prop on weeks 11&12 and wait 3 days after last shot for PCT...

Man i think that Pct calculator is wrong... when you type in test prop 150mg EOD the total amount of test it says in your system is 300mg even though your pinning approx 500mg per week
