    Advice for second cycle.

Did first cycle. 500mg test a week. 10 weeks.

PCT was HCG . I attested and claimed I should be taking Nolva along with the HCG but he said there was no reason to.

3% loss in strength maybe. Stamina got a little ****ed up though. Anything I can stack to get this back through the roof? Realistically if I make this my last cycle. Is it possible to lose what I lose naturally and then gain it back naturally with STUPID CLEAN diet?

What would be a good stack for CrossFit?

    Before and after

    Clean 185 / 335 I want this to be 400
Snatch 135 / 245 I want this to be 300 but thats on me with technique.
    Bench 225 / 275 I want to bench 400
Back Squat 225 / 425 This doesn't need to go much higher. Another 100 pounds would add to much weight to me.
    Front Squat 155 / 345 I want this to be at 400
    Dead 455 / 550

    >Inb4 Steroids and CrossFit = Retarded

On a sidenote. Did anyone see Rich Froning clean AND jerk 370 combined with his current performance in the open? You can't tell me he hasn't been stacking something.

Not sure what you mean by macros. I was a rat for my first cycle and I want to run one on my own so I'm trying to learn everything I can before I go on cycle to minimize complications bother now and later.

    5'10
    BF%=14
    Weight = 185

    Meal 1
    Eggs 4 Cooked, Fruit(Mainly berries),

    Meal 2
    Chicken Breast, Veggies (ALOT)

    Meal 3
    Chicken Breast, Veggies(ALOT), Fruit, Nuts

I know thats my diet I just need more. Money restricts it. I eat as much as I can.

Wow... Add in another 3 meals. You should constantly nourish yourself so your body does not need to store fat, or look to breaking down muscle for energy.

Read so stickies in the nutrition section before perusing another cycle. Also seems like you just completed a cycle recently. You should wait about 16 weeks before you consider another cycle IN MY OPINION...

Good luck, and get reading. All you need is here

Been almost 4 months since last cycle. I have no idea how I've been able to retain this much strength with this diet. I actually PR'd on my hang clean the other day by 5 pounds.

Yes def need to go to nutrition section and read up on more food and nourishment.. On a minimum you should have 6 meals a day.. And figure out how many calories your consuming.. AAS needs a good base to start off with.. Put this into consideration... Yes you have to train very hard at gym depending on goals, but I see eating healthy is 80% and training and AAS is the other 20%.. Some stickies to read up on would be first cycle ones, stickies that talk about AI's and HCG ad PCT.

How long have you been training at the gym?

Ive been training for about a year now. My strength has gone through the roof and I've kept it. Now I only need to get a little stronger with a STUPID work capacity. Anyone have any success with endurance work?

    Hey buddy!

Your diet is poor, remember you can be using all the steroids out there, FOOD is whats makes your body grow!

One year of training is not enough to be juicing, you need to build up a solid base, because you wont be able to hold/keep your gains after PCT.

Please do not think of all this great info as to talking you down. All of us on this board just like new members to do a correct cycle with all the info they need and all the correct gear they need to do a full cycle the safest way possible.. It's really important to have a solid base for the gear to start off right with.. Having a couple years of training under your belt, all the knowledge you could possibly obtain, your diet in check x 2, and maxing everything out naturally.. These are very important to have done before cycle..
Now most people read all this and still say screw it and do the cycle anyways, and those are usually the people that lose everything they gain, or get bad side effects.. Some people sometimes get lucky after doing cycle without doing everything above and they are very lucky.. But everything that's being posted to your thread is very knowledgable information.. Especially when it's Mickey posting.. He is a very knowledgable, experienced person when it comes to AAS and information..
But please read up as much as you can, visit the nutrition section and get your diet in a healthy check.. Which is not an overnight thing, get some more training under your belt, and just do everything you can so you have a successful, cycle with zero side effects.

Sounds like you have enough success! You just recorded a PB... You are gaining strength off aas. You said you have had strength gains going through the roof... Just a caution, you ligaments do not get as strong as your muscles in a short time. They take much longer to build up their strength. Reaching for aas where you are now, can cause serious injury. That will but you back... Rehab is a BiTCh!!

Keep at your training, and get your diet in check. Be patient and the gains will come. With a better diet, even faster than you think. Rather spend your cash on diet, than on aas.

Pretty much this. If u can't afford food, go on a cut. You're 14% bf eating a calorie deficit. Add in some cardio and try to shed some bf so when u can afford to cycle properly, it will be lean gains

You are not even eating enough for a cutting plan. Please hit up the nutrition section
