    Getting some crazy neck cramps.

Never really got this before. Ill wake up to a mild cramp in the back right or back left of my neck. Itll gradually get worse over the course of about a minute until its excrutiating. Cant even move. Feels like a bad pulled muscle then slowly subsides. Any ideas whats causing this? Not enough water maybe? Im currently on week 6 test e and few days into var at 75mg. This started happening a few days before I started var. Anything I should be concerned about?

I once was lifting weights above my head and looked to the side and caught the worst pain that had me out of the gym for a month or two. while lifting above your head keep your head straight. This could be a possibility.

Your body's using a lot of Taurine to work through the ester. Take 3g to 5g a day of Taurine.
