so i started clen
so i started liquid clen yesterday and i was just wondering how long it would take to actually see results?
i am on a pretty good diet and have been slowly losing bf but with clen i was thinking that this would speed things up a little bit right?

Build up to your max dosage slowly. Clen 's really powerful stuff and will elevate resting HR and BP.

Yes I am going to be slowly getting to max dose
Started off at 50mcg for 5 days then going to 100mcg
Off for two weeks then continuing at 100mcg for another two ect.
And my stats are
24
5'7
174lbs
16 approx bf

IMO 100 isn't enough unless you're running it with keto. You'll find a dosage as you ladder up where the sides become too much then hover right under there. With the liquid I run 180-200 a day. Tabs about 160. Personally, I love clen , but I also survive off of caffiene.
I would strongly suggest looking into the liquid keto. Because clen is a beta 2 agonist the keto, ran at 1mg/ night, "cleans" these receptors leaving hem brand new every day (or pretty close) this eliminates the need for the 2 week on 2 week off protocol. I run 120mcg a day for a month. Take a break for 2 weeks then start again if needed

I saw results off of clen pretty fast as I remember. In my third two week blast I stopped though because my heart was doing weird things. I was on 100 a day

200 a day! Im gettin mad results from 80-100 n i dont plan on going above 120mcg as there is no need
Surely there is something wrong with your diet if u find the need to go that high

Yes I agree I do not want to go above 100mcg.
Do you think this will help lower my bf ?
I'm at 16% waiting until I get down to about 10-12% bf before I do my test prop cycle.
I am dieting and doing cardio as well

Cardio n diet in check? Then i cant see any reason why that isnt achievable. Its not un realistic
