    Looking to Learn

I've been considering running my first cycle for a few months now, but haven't because I want to learn as much as possible first. I'm 40--5'5, 140 bf about 13%. I've been working out for 10 years. My goal isn't necessarily to get bigger, as much as it is to get harder. Want to get ripped. Well defined abs etc. Looking to burn fat (that last layer over my abs) and put on a bit of muscle. I am considering Test P and Winny or Test P and Masteron for a first cycle. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks Guys!

Probably should stick to just one compound for your first cycle

    Most common beginners cycles

    Agreed.

One compound, test only, for first cycle. This is very important in order for you to see how your body will react to supra physical amounts of exogenous testosterone.

Diet is clean. High protein. Lots of fish, chicken. Working to get 140 grams per day which is my weight. Carbs are in the form of veggies, legumes, beans.
Training is one body part per day 4-6 exercises, 10-12 reps.
Don't know what macro split is.

Was told Pct should be Clomid 75/50/50/50
Does this mean 75 mg per day for the first week.
50 mg per day 2nd week etc?

You don't know how much pro/fat/carb and total caloric intake for the day is?

Umm, no. Please go easy if that's a big mistake. I guess it would be pretty easy to track since my diet is pretty consistent.

You really need to get the nutrition part down before considering cycling. You are here to learn so get over to the nutrition forum. There are a lot of great nutrition gurus that can really help you. You can make great gains for a long time with just he nutrition part

Ok. I thought the most important part was taking in enough protein and having a clean diet, which I do. There is so much information to absorb. Do you know your protein/ fat/ carb calorie in take? I will spend some time in the nutrition forum. I feel I have plateaued, so its time to try something.

Good choice man. The nutrition forum is a great place to start. Calculate yout TDEE and add 500 kCals for bulking.

You can also post your diet in the nutrition section, and the guys there will surely help you with what you need to get to your goals.

At 140lb you can get quite some gains naturally. Even if you use AAS, if the body has no fuel (food), it would no go where you want it to go...

Good luck!! Seems to me you're on the right track!

Thank you for the support! Looking forward to getting feedback on my diet. Hoping I can get ripped! Naturally would be a plus, but not sure it can happen

Good luck man! Remember, nothing happens before diet in in check, not even on AAS.

Don't have a lot of time, have to run. So just a quick comment.

Carbs way to low. Try hitting 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat ratio in your diet if you want to build. Add aome brown rice and veggies in somewhere.

Caloric intake too little. Chances of you building muscle on that diet is almost none.

Will see if I can help you more a little bit later.

Ill try and build on what Provita was saying. Firstly and most importantly, you are eating way too little. You are eating 600 calories LESS than you need to maintain bodyweight. Increase your carbs to around 230g / day and your fat to about 35g and you will be eating close/over your maintenance. Remember, TDEE is what you need to just stay the same size, to grow you need to eat more, something like 2600 would be about right. At 140lbs, you have a lot of growing room. Im sure the nutrition guys will critique what you've posted more specifically, regarding carb sources and the wine.

Once you've had this diet in check for a while, and gained some natural size, we'll be more than happy to help you progress further with your AAS goals!

    That is correct.

Sorry, just getting back to this now. Lots of great advice in here.
