Question The best way to go?

I am a 44 year old male been lifting off and on 20 years used test in the past but nothing the last
7years or so other than couple cycles of win. Such did absolutely nothing. I am 6ft and tipped the scale this am at 353lbs.currently in the gym 4 days per week. I am thinking about tren100, and or Decca but have never used either so would like to get feed back on dosage, cycle length and other sups I should take in conjunction, while cycling.
    Thanks for your input.

353lbs, how tall are you? What BF%?

I would never advise anybody to run Tren if there BF% was over 20%, You will get a smorgasbord of sides and health issues.

Thats a lot of weight in general, drop the bf% down to around 17%, at least 20%.

6' and 353 is not healthy
    ...especially at 44 years old.

but you don't need me to tell you that.

Plan on doing a number of things before considering steroids .

The first thing you need to do is get healthy.

At 6', with no recent gym time, your target range should be between 200 and 230lbs.

this means diet, cardio, and some light resistance training that can become more intense the more weight you lose.

last thing i want to see is another dead member here.

    Good luck!

No problem, just keep in touch and ask any questions you have! You can also go to the nutrition section and get set up with a diet for cutting.
