    First cycle stack of sustanon 250/deca/boldenone/d-Bol/proviron and tribulos/creatine

    Hello guys

    Iv just started weight training a week ago. My personal trainer has sold me a few supplements and regime in how much I need to take. He guarantees results with our PT sessions but says these supplements work well and will help to put a little muscle on. Because I have just started training I was wanting the opinion on what my PT has sold me and the cycle he has designed for me. Is this a good program, I'm just wanting a athletic body like Bruce Lee.....

    Week 1-16 500-1500mg Sustanon 250
    200-800mg Deca Durabolin
    200-800mg Stanazol
    200-800mg boldenone
    10 proviron per day
    6 Dianabol per day
    Creatine/tribulus supplements
    3 Redbull energy drinks per day.
    1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

    Stats: Chest 43'
    Arms 16'
    Waist 28.5'
    Thighs 24'
    Calves 16'
    Body fat 8%

    Am I correct in understanding you JUST started training and your trainer thinks cycling gear is a great idea?

    Have you had any prior weight training before this?
    Have you ever cycled any AAS before?

    The ranges in the dosage is the first red flag.

    Second red flag is that for someone with no weight training experience much less aas experience to give the dosages in mg a lil far fetched. If his trainer would have have him a cycle. It would have been 1 cc sust, 3 dbol tabs, etc. much simpler terms. I vote troll

    Sorry you see it that way. Our intent is to help. Honestly if this is what your trainer has planned, he needs his bell wrung a few times because that cycle is NOT something that should be recommended for a first cycle!

    We didn't say no. We just don't want to see you get hurt, but hey, you're 34 years old so if you want to get hurt, go right ahead.

    Make sure you keep your prostate, estrogen, and lipids in correct ranges because the compounds you are considering at the doses indicated will cause you much more grief than you have even begun to consider.

    Don't forget prolactin and might need something for ur hair with winny at 800.

    You have to understand we see a lot of bullshit around here that looks just like this. You want out advice, drop it all but 7 and 9. Get over to the nutrition section and learn how to diet properly, and visit the training section, read and bust ur ass in the kitchen and gym.

    This is very dangerious considering your experience level. The amount of AAS that your trainer recommended is the amounts that someone with years of training and numerous cycles may run. he has you sprinting before you crawl. This is going to end bad....and I am guessing you will only accept the word of your trainer over guys here with years of experience and tons of knowledge!

    His first comment was he "just started training a week ago". We asked for his input, instead he stomped off like a baby. I have no problem helping him but there is no way in holy hell that's a good first cycle and I don't care if he's trained for 30 years. He had every opportunity to discuss this. I never told him he was being foolish. I asked for feedback so we could provide an appropriate cycle. He chose to sulk away like a child.

    EDIT:

    ....and look at his second comment. "No, I have no prior training experience".

    I just wanted to say that it`s dubious when someone states such stats and claims he never even lifted.

    Other than that, i respect your wilingness to help and put up an appropriate cycle.

    Agreed, I think there was a lot of confusion. We all want what's best for the guy. Too bad he didn't stick around. No one wanted to humiliate him. I know we can be a little rough on new guys at times. We just see so much of this on a daily basis it sometimes sets us off too much (that and the excessive amount of testosterone circulating here, lol).

    Glad you added the comment. Had he not made the second comment about not weight training before, his initial comment could have well meant he had never worked out with a trainer despite years of lifting on his own. Always important to clarify. The devil is in the details, as they say!

    Ok.....since you guys are willing to give me a go I would still like your opinion. How about if I cut the program down to a half?

    Don't use steroids and don't listen your PT trainer because he doesn't know what he is talking about and is going to harm your health. If you have just started training hard and intense then stick with this with a solid diet and you will make dramatic changes but the worse thing you can do is use steroids when you clearly not ready for them, you may think they are the answer but they are not for someone at your stage and level. Head over to the diet section and post your diet and also post your training routine lets see if we can sort things out for you.
