Iv just started weight training a week ago. My personal trainer has sold me a few supplements and regime in how much I need to take. He guarantees results with our PT sessions but says these supplements work well and will help to put a little muscle on. Because I have just started training I was wanting the opinion on what my PT has sold me and the cycle he has designed for me. Is this a good program, I'm just wanting a athletic body like Bruce Lee.....
Week 1-16 500-1500mg Sustanon 250
200-800mg Deca Durabolin
200-800mg Stanazol
200-800mg boldenone
10 proviron per day
6 Dianabol per day
Creatine/tribulus supplements
3 Redbull energy drinks per day.
1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
