Going to use a 25G for pinning, 1 inch for shoulder and 1.5 for glute.
Any pros and cons for each?
Is slightly warming the fluid first recommend for easier entry?

Dont bother with warming. By the time you get it in the syringe and ready to inject it's room temp again.
