Albuterol Log
Well summers coming, and Im putting off a test cycle till fall and gonna try and cut up with albut. (mostly experimenting its effectiveness) I havn't seen to many logs for it so I'm going to start one for yins. I debated heavy on eca, clen , and t3. I got a good deal so Ill be testing albuterol. I got my order today, this week will be dialing in my diet and workout routine to make sure I'm on the right track. Spring break I wasnt consistent so Im waiting a week to get back on track. I will be dosing at 5mg, 3x daily for 20 days.
Stats.
6'1"
225lbs
bf 18%
Bench-315
Deads- pulled lower back, will update soon
Military-220
Squats-f@ck em
Calories on cycle will be a 500 deficit, between 2700-3200 depending on the workout
Low carbs, high fat and protein. Ill cycle carbs depending on workout. As for cardio Ill be doing HIIT and weights FST-7
mon-chest/cardio
tue-back
wed-legs
thu-arms/cardio
fri-shoulders
sat-cardio
sun-rest
Ill log this week prior to my cycle, and continue on the 25th when ill begin the albut.. Hope some of ya follow this, and wish to provide some useful info.

Yeah I was too, and havnt seen any good logs so I figured hell Ill start my own, a friend is also doing this with me so Ill post about how his cycle is going as well. I may start out with only 12mg a day to access the sides.

Excellent idea on the log. Supposedly albuterol has an added benefit that clenbuterol doesn't, when it comes to gaining lean muscle mass. I'm interested to see if this is true

I'm running pharma grade albuterol at 18-24mgs but that's on the high side. Do you have pharma grade?

Its pharm grade. I will post pictures at the end, before and after. I hear alot about the anti-catabolic effect so I'm interested to see as well. Hows your cycle going snowblow

Thanks for the subs. Not expecting a miracle juice here, hell as cheap as it is, ill take the placebo effect if it helps motivate those extra pounds. This school years really through me off track. time to get back on the grind and lean up. BF % is an estimate tho, def could be higher, let me know what yins think when I post pics

So far it's good. Hasn't been nearly effective as it could have been cus i was running clonidine which cancels out albuterol mostly. And I tore ligaments in my ankle so can't do cardio. With all that being said I've definitely lost about 5-7 pounds and you can tell I lost belly fat. Stopped using clonidine mostly and will be able to do bike cardio so I expect dramatic results within 14 days

I can let you know my progress yes. I'm not as scientific as you I kinda just go with instincts. I eat roughly the same amount I just eat more smaller meals and not as late in evening along with cardio and gym

alrighty bro, just curious to see how other albuterol cycles went. I have a friend who used clean, got some decent results, mild shakes. I'd chose adlbut. to limit as much sides as possible to see how I react.

Naw just a trial run, if i think its more than a placebo effect, ill run it again during the summer maybe for 4 weeks with some keto. I didnt want to spend extra money on something I havnt tried.

If it's legit albuterol it definitely will have more than a placebo effect

I sure hope, Im skeptical of most thermogenics, definitly believe in more natural fat burning but i figured what the hell cant hurt to give it a test drive

Not to be taken lightly tho. I've never suffered any ill effects from clen or albuterol but a lot of people will say they can be quite dangerous. I'm sure they could be if not researched enough

With it's short half-life you probably will see negligible, if any, results from albuterol. I have been prescribed this stuff for years. It does have less sides than clen . I cant give a nod to any program leaving squats out of it. The most important exercise bar none. Shouldnt you be cutting back volume and concentrating on rehab if you "pulled your back"?

And what do you mean f squats? You should rethink your workouts because it is number one exercise for me and for many others as well. You might have more loop holes in your work outs which could of benefit you a lot.

We could debate about squats for days but my side is theres plenty of workouts to work the same muscle, never was a fan. They're beneficial yes, but lets save that for another thread. As for the back, yes I will be lifting lighter till I can get to a chiropractor and see whats up. Cardio is g2g though, depending on the day, the back only bothers me bending over. And I agree, Im not looking for any miraculous results. But everyone responds differently and theres only one way to find out about all the hype. Plus when my cycles done I can let others know if its worth it.
UPDATE: My diet is back on track, as well as my workout routine. So monday Ill be dosing up. Stay tuned broskis.

Also I'm using this to see if I think I could handle clen or not. Im real cautious with the heart, so I didnt want to jump into that regardless of its potency. If sides are weak at full does, I may run clen during the summer before a cycle of test.

DAY 1
Weight- 214
We'll today I started off doses at 4.5mg 3x. Hands were jittery, got sweaty and hot just walking up the stairs. A little energy spike as well. My last dose I took right before the gym. I started with cardio, and checked my heart rate before hand, 155... hope thats incorrect. So I started running for 2 minutes and it went up to 200 bpm. I then walked the remaining 18 minutes before I had a heart attack. My buddy checked his heart rate to see if it was broke, his heart rate was 110 resting... So crazy heart rate increase which kind of worries me. If it continues to remain so high I probably wont be running much. It could be due to I took an adderall earlier in the day. Tomorrow I will check it again to see. I also got a good lift in, did 4 chest workouts, 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps each. Diet was solid, 500 below maintenance. Ill post again tomorrow.

I can bone for days on Adderall, shrinks it up on the flop but not permanently.

it does shrink it, and for longer use full size may not come back, or might take time.

DAY 2
Couldnt take the albut. today, didnt have a chance to make it home as I was running all damn day. Still hit the gym, did back and 15 minutes on the bike. Ate real clean, but didnt eat quite enough. Only got in about 2000 calories. Anywho, weighed in at 192, probably since I was on an empty stomach. Plan is to get down to 200lbs by June. Ill tune in tomorrow as I'll be home to take the albut.

I dropped from 235 to 210. 6 pack is starting to come back. I love this stuff
