    Second Cycle Experiences

    Since this is my first post lets start of with my stats:

    Height: 6'1

    Weight: 202 lbs

    Bodyfat Percentage: 8%

    Age: 25

    Years Training: Around 5 years in the gym

    Cycle History: I ran my first cycle last year (August 2012-October 2012) with a 30 day PCT afterwards. The cycle consisted of 250mg of test e twice per week for the first 8 weeks and then 300mg of test e twice per week for the last 4 weeks. Along with the test I also ran 0.5mg of arimidex every other day throughout the whole cycle all the way up till when I started my PCT. My PCT consisted of 20mg of nolvadex for 30 days, and 100mg of clomid for the first 20 days and 50mg of clomid for the last 10 days. A note on the PCT, I wanted to run 40/40/20/20 for the nolvadex and 100/50/50/50 for the clomid but I had to alter it slightly to match with what I had. I put on 22 lbs on my cycle and my bodyfat increased from about an 8% to an 11-12%. I kept 20 lbs of this after PCT.

    Training: I am currently doing a Push/Pull/Legs routine that I do twice a week leaving me with 6 training days and 1 rest day each week. I also work abs a few times a week as well as however much cardio I need depending on my goals.

    Diet: I have a good understanding of diet and I track all my macros religiously. My maintenance is somewhere in the range of 3600 calories and I am currently cutting on 3200. On my last cycle I was up to around 4500 at around 330P/580C/90F. The majority of my calories came from your typical "bro foods" like chicken, steak, fish, white and sweet potatoes, rice, nuts, olive oil, and a lot of veggies.

    Alright so I hope that is enough information for everyone to gauge where I am. I am a long-time lurker her but this is my first time actually posting. I just wanted to get some insight on my second cycle that I plan to start at the beginning of may. My cut is almost over then I want to sit at maintenance for a few weeks and then start bulking. No because it is the summer I do not really want to get to puffy looking as I bulk and I want maintain a relative amount of leanness. Hopefully staying under 12%.

    That being said, my main goal is to increase size so I accept that I will gain some fat and I will probably get up to around a 900 calories surplus. I am definitely going to run test e again and probably at the same dosage as last time and I will be using the arimidex again too. I was thinking of adding in tbol as well. I figured this could be a good addition a kickstart because it seems to be similar to dbol but the gains are more dry. I have heard great stuff about tren...but I think it is still a little to heavy for only my second cycle.

    Any advice or past experiences you guys have would be awesome and I am more than happy to take any suggestions/constructive criticism.

    Sounds like you have a solid grasp of things and a good plan. No need to ramp up your test part way through though...just pick a dose and stick to it!

    You've done your homework. Good job.

    As for your kickstart...I would recommend dbol. Much more potent if your diet and training are on.

    Tren is too much right now.

    Yea I know that I don't actually need to do that but I just did because if I run 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks 2 vials is not enough but 3 vials is too much. I just increased the dose that way I didn't have half a bottle of test e sitting around.

    And don't worry about having extra test, you'll use it up in your next cycle.

    ^^regarding the dbol, i have heard it causes alot of bloating and the gains are not necessarily sustainable, and that tbol is very similar except you get leaner gains on it. i was leaning towards tbol to kickstart because it will be summer time but im definitely open to any suggestions that may change my mind :P

    Bulk = more calories.

    Cut= less calories.

    The compounds are only as good as you make them.

    If you have the choice, go with TBol - you wont be disappointed.

    stpete: oh yea i agree for sure. i will be in around a 900 calorie surplus. that being said i want to try to keep my gains as lean as possible. what is your personal experience with dbol vs tbol?

    Then maybe you need to hit the Nutrition Section to be sure all those cals are worth it.

    jat, i can bulk or cut on a lot of compounds. When i was 28 and didn't know a whole lot about dieting d-bol cut me up and i was strong as hell. I put t-bol in the same category. Let me put it to you like this:

    D-Bol, T-Bol, Test, Tren can be used for multiple purposes. And that's the short list.

    What you need to concentrate on is your diet and training. Workout and eat accordingly. This varies from person to person.

    I can use the same compounds and do pretty much whatever i want. It's up to me. I prefer to eat like a dumbass and just get big. Or, i could be health wise and just cut. A person can do it regardless. Don't believe this "long esters are for bulk and short to cut shit." The only compound i have an issue w/is deca. Nothing i do stops the bloat. Anything else i have complete control over. Hold on, tren and it's nasty sides are another. But now that i'm not w/the wife who cares. haha..

    I apologize, I didn't explain myself very clearly. This cycle is going to be a bulk cycle, but not to the point where I am simply just eating everything in site. It will be a controlled 900 calorie surplus. I understand that the compound is not what makes me fat are not lol. My only concern about the dbol was that, from what I have heard, it causes more of a bloat and increase in water weight as supposed to tbol. So basically I was thinking if tbol was very comparable to dbol with less of the bloat/water retention it would be more suitable for me because I will be slightly more conscious about my leanness in the summer. Regardless, I understand completely what you mean by saying that the compound doesn't determine if it is a bulk or cut. My last cycle was in a 900 calories surplus and I felt I put on a good amount of muscle while only getting up to around a 12% bodyfat.
