    what are some t3 clen dosing protocals....for men and for women

    There are a plethora of threads on this. Stickies, too.

    Clen is garbage in my opinion, however.

    diet and cardio will do twice better then any clen ....

    ok then clen and t3 combined with proper diet and excercise.....suggestions please...for men....and any knowledgeable experienced women please share your advice with me

    Austinite is right just do a fast search you will find what you need. I just looked up same thing an hour ago bro there is like 2 pgs of posts m/b more just type cytomel , t3 and clen , clen in the search box and you will get way more info than just asking here and way faster than waiting for answers to your post.     I have buddies that say clen does nothing for them. I take 60mcg of clen and I'm shaking like a leaf. The first time I took clen, 40mcg, I was awake for 50 hours straight. I could hear my heart beating in my ears. My resting heart rate was 92 and I was cold sweating all day/night. I was not a pleasant experience. Start clen/T3 slow (low dose) and build up. I would start at 20mcg and build 10mcg per day every couple of days. Listen to your body. If your shaking you'll want to stay at that dosage. When the shakes go away, then increase dosage. I wouldn't go past 25mcg/ed on the T3. Be careful when you lift. You could get light headed and lose consciousness. One of my buddies on clen did a strong deadlift and passed out as soon as he was done with the lift. All of these compounds should be respected.

    I agree with most of what he says except for dosing on T3. The body makes approx 25mcg a day naturally. If you only use 25mcg a day you're shutting down your body to make the same amount you do already.

    In my experience I cant lift when I take more than 120mcg Clen . I'm currently running 120 clen 120 T3 ed. My research I found people can run up to 150mcg a T3 but I'm getting great result with less so no need for me to take more. I will say my appetite has gone through the roof! Watch that with the T3.

    Are you making gains with that t3 dosage?

    Gains? If by gains you mean torching fat then yes I'm getting great results.
