    New female member. First questions

Hello all. I would like to thank you guys for teaching my husband so much. He loves this place. Based off of some advice he got here, I started an anavar cycle last week. I started at 5mgs for week 1, then went to 10. I plan to stay there for 4 weeks, then taper back to 5mgs the 6th and final week. So far, I am feeling nothing. He told me it might take a couple of weeks to notice stregnth increases, but I would definitely notice when it kicked in. I hope it helps me gain some muscle more than make me stronger.
He has been telling me about primo? and how it might be a better choice for later use. I dont know anything about any of this, but he told me that primo is probably the best kind for a woman to use. Is this true? And is pills or shots a better administration for me? What would be the duration of the cycle and the doseages?
Thank you guys for all the positive influence you have provided warmouth. He has really became very knowledgeable regrarding steroids and wants me to learn from you guys because he is just unsure of properly dosing me. I do know that primo sounds like what I want to use. Dana Linn Bailey and Jamie Eason are my goal figures. Even though they are different, I would be happy with either one. I love Danas abs and shoulders!
    Thanks again.

I know my goals are WAY out there, but I figured I needed goals. I dont want to have a realistic goal of Rosanna Barr, LOL.

Im on Armour Thyroid as well. Warmouth made menervous about this at first, but was told otherwise. Bonaparte told him that the addition of T3 would be a good addition to this for fat loss. Can anyone verify this or explain it?

Hopefully some of the other lady members will chime in soon. We have some experienced female members but as you can guess they are not as plentiful as us testosterone hounds and guys are not the best at giving women advice in these subject. I'm sure there are a few senior members though have should have some good advice but evenings are a little slow around here.

Yeah we have a lot of different time zones here but most are US based so it's the middle of the night most places. For me it's my work hours so

Yeah I'm kinda used to it being away from the USA for so long. We might as well just make our own Asian girl thread and start swapping war stories lol.

AD- stem and ggr have given her the diet. She has been following it pretty well. Ill get her to post everything up tonight whem she gets off work. I'm sure hoping she can get some good advice on the T3 thing for sure. That has always freaked me out a bit, but Bonaparte and Austinite make it sound fairly safe.

    T3 is harmless.
You can't "permanently shut down your thyroid" like the rumor says.
2 weeks off of t3 and your thyroid will kick back in and get to work.

I don't know the dosages for women, but the literature I have read states that an adult male produces around 25mcg of t3 per day.
Look up the theraputic doses of t3 for hypothyroidism in women. Compare that to men (25-40mcg/day), and you should be able to come up with something.
For example, a good fat loss dosage for men is 3x the theraputic dosage for hypothyroidism (the person's thyroid gland doesn't produce enough T3)

A lot of people find that 75mcg per day leads to amazing fat loss (on a cycle of steroids, otherwise you will be losing muscle as well)
100mcg per day or more, in my experience, just leads to ridiculous levels of hunger to the point of not being able to control what I eat.

I will be getting on human grade tablets shortly and am going to try out 75mcg per day.
There is no need to taper down, really. Once you get off, your metabolism will be slow for a couple weeks so you need to reduce your caloric intake during that period.
I intend to be on t3 for 10 months out of the year at 50-75mcg/day, and 2 months out of the year ~30mcg/day.

I was running it at 250mcg/day for about a week and a half. It worked AMAZINGLY on cycle until I had an unfortunate incident involving hydrocortisone cream.
(250mcg/day will give you an ENORMOUS caloric deficit. Add that to very high levels of cortisol, and it leads to a loss of muscle mass along with fat GAIN, regardless of your diet/cardio and steroid cycle.)
That's about the worst that can happen. ^

It's really not as scary as the old bodybuilding myths have made it sound.

Adding T3 while your on thyroid medication is like doing a blast and cruise for a HRT pateint. You take meds to bring you to a normal level...then you blast with a higher level, then you return to the meds and a normal level!

As stated above...much research has been done showing that the thyroid bounces back very well. To say 2 weeks might be a bit presumptuious but most T3 users are back to normal thyroid levels within a month!
