    Hello Family<
    !st i want to thank you for reading
    I was in the worst shape of my life. Weighing 310lbs standing 6 foot 4 1/2.

    I started going to the gym 3 times a week and plus change my eating habits and doing Tapoutxt. I have lost 35 in 2 months
    I went to the supplement store got Testosterone booster AHD and hydroxycut.

    what I need help in please
    Im not getting in young and Man Boobs are not going down and wanted to ask...

    What do you suggest I start using.(pill form)

    i want to go to 250 or even 225 with muscle

    please suggest what should i take

    I wouldn't worry about pills right now. I would continue doing what you are doing and keep on a solid diet. The man boobs will go in time. How is your diet right now?

    Agreed. There is no magic pill for this. Diet and exercise is the only solution.

    Not only would I not worry about any pills right now but EVER. Test boosters a bogus and those that do work are called pro hormones and more people have long lasting bad side effects from them than using real aas. You are a long way from being ready for any aas though and need to stick to the basics of diet, cardio and good solid training. You will be 100% more satified if you do it this way and will not have to worry about getting REAL man boobs/Gyno where you will need surgery to remove it, ED where your pecker will be useless, acne like a 17 yr old school boy or any of the other side effect that came from using the wrong thing at the wrong time before you are ready.

    What I suggest you do is go through your diet and cut the sugars out of your diet. Cut your total calories in carbs & fat mostly until you start losing weight again.

    What are your average daily macros from your diet?

    These guys have given great advice.

    The only thing I could think of is maybe asking your doctor for a trial of Albuterol and to have him/her monitor your health.
    There are certain supplements out there such as T3, clen, albuterol that are thermogenics that actually work. Most supplements on the market are complete garbage and will hurt you more than help you.

    However....I think that you have made GREAT progress so far! Keep up the hard work and it will pay off, as it already has quite a bit.
    Stick with the diet and exercise, hold off on the chemicals until you're in the lower range of body fat % (8-15) - that's when they become more useful.

    If you eat fruit, limit it to the morning and small amounts.
    Try to limit your carbs to a 4-5 hour period of time during the day, no added sugars.
    Adding healthy fats to your diet will actually help you lose weight. It's surprising, but the body needs fat to burn fat, you could say. Examples of healthy fats are (monounsaturated is best, polyunsaturated is good too) olive oil, coconut oil, nuts such as walnuts, almonds, and peanuts.

    ***** If you ever have sugar in your diet, you are spiking your insulin levels and making it nearly impossible for your body to use bodyfat as a fuel source. - this includes fruits.

    You are still a young man, 39. Diet and exercise down to the weight level you desire. You do not need any chemicals. Had a guy in Australia lost 85kgs went from 170 back to 85, he wanted his kids to have a father. He told me all he had to do was change every aspect of his life to get what he wanted. Now he needs a little surgery but with a shirt on looks great.

    Once you are fit and healthy you can decide if you wish to go further. Good luck mate. John

    35 lbs in 2 months?!?!?! Hot damn man thats fantastic!!!

    I too am 6' 4" and the biggest I was, was 272. It took me a couple years to cut all the way down to 205 ALL NATTY. It was when I was super small that I did my first cycle to grow.

    If you don't have the discipline to lose the weight naturally, then aas will only give you a temporary fix to a permanent problem.

    Don't change a thing! Congratulations on the fat loss. Keep that up and continue to drop. Once you build a solid frame and strengthen you muscles, joints, and tendons, then reconsider. There is risk with using AAS too soon. Injuries happen. Good luck!

    My son is 34, daughter 32, and oldest by marriage but raised her since she was 4 is hmmm ? 42 yrs. Where did the time go. It blows me away to think I'm 61. Really I don't feel old but that's kinda old. You at 32 and me at 61, huh, go figure ??

    I'm only a few years ahead of you bud. I had man boobs last year at this time. I've lost 25lbs and man boobs completely gone since then. I think youre already doing very well losing that much in 2 months. Keep doing it. The tie-ins between the lats and outside of the pecs was the last little stubborn moob hanger to go. Do cutting routines, not heavy mass movements when youre in the gym. Chisel that outer pec with flyes. Worked for me.

    I went from 350 to 240....mostly naturally through diet and exercise. PMme and I can give you some pointers that will work asap

    Old man to old man !!! I was 275 pounds. Lost 113 and got down to a soft, flabby 163 pounds just doing cardio, cardio and more cardio. AND diet, diet, diet. Then starting hitting the weight seriously again and got up to 193. It took 35 years of reading how important diet was in training. I always thought after a workout I could eat huge amounts of beef, potatoes, eggs, pasta, etc. to "refuel" my muscles. You'd be surprised how little food the body really does need to grow. Ur man "tities" may NOT go away. U did possible irrepairable damage getting heavy. Even after I lost the weight, I got abs, but if I sit in a chair and lean forward, u can see the excess skin. Only surgery will remove that, but u really can't notice it too much so I don't obsess over it. Keep doing what ur doing!!! Success begets Success. Good job. And yes that is me in my avatar. Not to shabby for 51 years old.

    35lbs in 2 months is F*****G AWESOME! Hat's off.
    IMHO one of the best fat burners is ephedrine and caffeine. I have personally used it for 3 month (April-June) stretches. My dosages were: week 1-8mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine @ 6:00am & 12:00pm; week 2 16mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine @ 6:00am & 12:00pm; week 3-10 24mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine @ 6:00am & 12:00pm; week 11 16mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine @ 6:00am & 12:00pm; week 12 8mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine @ 6:00am & 12:00pm. I never took any later than noon because it would interfere with my sleep.
    The reason I do the taper up is starting at 24mg of ephedrine a day left me way to nervous and edgy. With the taper these sides were much easier to handle. After about five weeks the nervousness and edginess were gone, but the thermogenic effect was still working. The reason for the taper down is stopping all at once caused me to crash. I would be dog tired and unmotivated. The taper down helped to alleviate these symptoms. One thing though, prepair to sweat. You'll also want to up your water intake and suppliment more potassium, magnesium, and taurine to keep muscle cramps at bay.
    Ephedrine and caffeine are good apatite suppressents so you might have to work to remember to eat every 3 hours. Combined, they are also great fat burner.
