    Unhappy Getting started

First a little about me I am 6'5 295lbs a wingspan of 6'8 inches and I am not sure how much body fat percent I have. I have been working out for five years on a daily basis and been dieting but for some reason I can't seem to lose my chest fat or any fat for that matter except for belly fat..I am not trying to look like Arnold or Hulk hogan I'm just trying to get rid of this body fat and lean out as well as getting ripped. Summer is right around the corner and I am tired of being the only guy at the pool with his shirt on and the only guy that isn't in our calendar because I am afraid of the way my body. I posted in this forum because I want to try my first cycle. I'm willing to do the work, but I also want fast results so I want to try steroids. Thanks for reading and criticism is welcome!

What's your diet like? Are you on any cardio regimen? Those are always great starting points for fat burning.

The whole world wants fast results with no work. Sorry it does not work! Train hard 3 hours a day for 10 years. Minimum 5 days per week and diet! I have people ask me all the time how to look like me at 57. It was not steroids. I never used them until I was 50! 34 years of consistent training has done me no harm! Good luck! John

I would hit the cardio, 30 mins each morning on an empty stomach and a clean diet will knock that bf % down in no time.

Be careful with jumping right into a steroid cycle thinking its a quick fix for fat loss, it's not.

I know people in a similar position that have done the same and ended up putting on more unwanted weight and feeling worse off than before they started

Thank you, but if you were to recommend for first cycle what would say later down the road of course

You need to bear in mind that with higher bf% comes a higher risk of estrogen related side effects, such as water retention and fat gain, so that's what I meant by saying you could end up worse.

If down the line you got your bf% to around 14%, that would minimise the risk.

Either way, there aren't any steroids that burn fat so it would really depend what you were looking to get from the cycle e.g. Maintain muscle mass whilst cutting, or get bigger/stronger etc

Diet, cardio, diet, cardio, diet, cardio, work hard, diet cardio, work really hard, diet cardio and then you will hit your goals without AAS. AAS is not a magic pill/shot for instant muscle/fat loss. It only builds on top of a good diet and training regime.
